Gregg shares about his experience trying a low-carb diet for the first time as well his experience working with Dr. Tro and his health coach, Brian. Additionally, Gregg talks about the support and education he has received from Dr. Tro and his team. Thanks to his new lifestyle and diet, Gregg was able to go to Disney World with his three-year-old grand daughter in January 2023, ride the rides, and walk for miles and miles every day.
