diet culture & the food industry, cooking for others vs cooking for one, craving connection + more with Julia Turshen ((part 2)) 🥗

This week is part 2 of my conversation with chef and author Julia Turshen. ((happy thank you more please)) cooking, toggling between projects, creativity, friendship, change and laughing hard with Phoebe Lapine 🐈🐟

This week I spoke to my close friend, chef, author, and writer Phoebe Lapine. She is one of the most creative and self-aware people I know, and I deeply admire her and her work. She was first on the podcast in 2017 when her first book The Wellness Project came out. She has a new book out now which I genuinely love and have been learning to cook from. We catch up in this episode about what the pandemic has taught her, procrastination and creativity, having to wear multiple hats as an artist, intimacy in relationships, being adult only children, and of course she came with her HAPPY THANK YOU MORE PLEASE.Show notes:- Phoebe's book SIBO Made Simple- Phoebe's earlier books The Wellness Project and In the Small Kitchen- Connect with Phoebe on The Web | Instagram | Facebook- Food Psych Podcast- The Great British Bake Off- Tik Tok- Creative Underdogs- Follow @letitouttt on Instagram- Katie's book- Let It Out Kits If you liked this episode try out:- Episode 180 with Phoebe new to *let it out* --> start with these linkskatie's site: https://katiedalebout.com/our start here guide: https://letitouttt.com/general/start-here/CREATIVE UNDERDOGS++ LET IT OUT letter katie's bookLET IT OUT kits  Sponsors:This episode is supported by Nutrafol, a hair supplement that I’ve been using and loving.
