The movement has spread to over 60 countries and 200 cities, and there is now a Failure Institute for those who are not comfortable with swearing. Radial Partners curate and run the network of Fuck Up Nights. Passionate about creating games to help promote peace. Currently a Visiting Scholar In-Residence at American University. Recognized at the Game Awards as the Global Gaming Citizen by Facebook Gaming and The Game Awards for using games to bring about positive impact. The awards bring together a diverse group of game players, game developers, and notable names from the popular culture to celebrate and advance gaming’s positions as the most immersive, challenging and inspiring form of entertainment. The Game Awards viewership more than doubled in 2018 with over 27.5 million live streams He is currently building a VR experience that focuses on the idea that an individual’s behaviors, and decisions; before picking up the gun; are the most powerful. The game shows that even small behaviors and choices can have devastating and far-reaching consequences. Lastly, Ilana narrated how she career pivoted from a member of the the Colombian women’s football team to working in coding, finance and tech and eventually building out ecosystems to help support Latin American Youth to upskill for the new economy. She has founded two startups based that focus on supporting innovations at the center of the fourth industrial revolution, economic opportunity and sustainability. She has been working in the social impact sector for over 8 years and also was a member of the Colombian Women’s National Football Team. She is  a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum, a One Young World Ambassador, A Latitud Fellow, an Ambassador for Marca Pais Colombia & for Hundred.org, an MIT Innovator under 35 and was a student Entrepreneur in Residence at Draper University.
