On Episode 43 of Fangoria’s COLORS OF THE DARK Elric and Bekah discuss new films PEARL, BODIES BODIES BODIES, SALOUM, WHO INVITED THEM, DEVIL IN OHIO & round two of BARBARIAN. The Duo then sit down for an in-depth conversation with the director of BARBARIAN - Zach Cregger, to discuss the wild films origins, casting, writing without a roadmap and some of the horror films that inspired him along the way.  We do go into some spoilers in the interview so recommend folks watch the film first.

This week, Rebekah is joined by shark film experts Josh Miller and Stephen Scarlata (co-hosts of the Best Movies Never Made Podcast). They take a deep dive into the rise of 1970s animal attack films, including JAWS, as well as the sub-sequent tidal wave of shark films that followed, exploring the shark’s cinematic journey all the way through contemporary trends. Bekah’s Back: A Brief Catch-up and Chatting with Effects Make-up Extraordinaire Doug Morrow  While Elric is still away working on a film, Bekah is back for an abridged solo episode, discussing highlights of what she has been watching and reading during the break and then chatting with special effects make-up legend Doug Morrow.

 Deep Cuts- June. Elric and Bekah will be back to Colors of the Dark in just two weeks, but in the meantime here is another bonus episode of Deep Cuts.
