Adam 'Rone' Ferrone joins the guys on Diggin' Deep!The Barstool star shares his journey from Philly to NYC, where his career with the company has hit full stride. Rone started out with humble beginnings, trying to find his way in the professional world out of college. He always knew he wanted to work at Barstool, and would stop at nothing to get their attention. Impressed with his devotion and ability to come up with ridiculous ideas, Rone landed his dream job at Barstool. MLB Network host Siera Santos joins the guys on Diggin' Deep!Siera discusses her youth and high school experience, and what lead her to dropping out of high school. Unsure of what she wanted her future to be, she was always drawn to sports and baseball. Growing up a huge Suns fan in the Amare Stoudemire era in Phoenix, Siera would always go to games with her dad. Eventually, she was able to parlay her passion for sports into something she wanted to do professionally: become a sports reporter. Siera went to Arizona State University, where she graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She details her journey in climbing the tough and competitive ladder in the sports broadcasting world. It took Siera nearly a decade, but after years of sacrifice, hard work, and dedication, she got her big break at MLB Network. Today, Siera is a host on 'Intentional Talk' with Kevin Millar and Ryan Dempster, and has also hosted 'Quick Pitch' in the past as well. She discusses what life is like at MLB Network, and what she's had to sacrifice to not only get her position, but maintain it while trying to have a work-life balance. Finally, the crew ends the show by running through their best Halloween costumes.
