Our Deepest Misunderstanding
I'm gonna share some deeply vulnerable shit about my past, my relationships, my life and my mistakes and misunderstandings - all in hopes that it can begin to unwind and alleviate the misunderstanding that was alive in me, that might be alive in you too.
This is the misunderstanding that other people's emotions and experience has to do with us. It doesn't. Or it certainly doesn't in the way we have conceptualized it in the past. Hopefully this inquiry helps.

Psychedelics w/ Tania De Jong
Tania is an inspirational speaker, opera singer, business woman and social entrepreneur. She is the co-founder of Mind Medicine Australia, a non-profit working to legalize psychedelics for clinical use in Australia. Her history is quite unlikely for such an endeavor, which makes it all the more interesting. In this episode we talk about her own journey into psychedelics as well as my own, we talk about the frightening state of discourse in the world and what it's like to hold contrarian views that oppose the current mob of group thinkers. This is an awesome episode and I'm stoked to bring it to you.

The Transformational Power of Risk - Dr. Gregg Henriques
Gregg is a professor of Psychology at James Madison University in Virginia. He's a heavy hitter in the game and is the author of 'A New Unified Theory of Psychology'. In this episode we talk about the tool that risk, and specifically paragliding, is for transformation and growth, but also it's power to hide our shadows, assert our worth and create our identities. We go deep on both sides of the coin here. Gregg also advises me on my own experiences, how I can be a better clinician in the field and so much more.

Am I Doing It Right? Do You Love Me?
Our identity loops - the process in which we are guided, affirmed and given feedback - are broken. They used to be closed by our parents, our families, our communities. Now they are being highjacked by social media. There is a wave of depression, suicide and meaninglessness that has arrived on our shores and we are turning a blind eye to its cause. We are pretending to not know why this is happening because we are, ourselves, addicted to it. We as parents are still seaching for our identities online, and our children are paying the costs.
The question of 'Am I doing it right? Do you love me?" is something that we need to bring into the light, because we are all asking it and we always have. Our children are asking it, and we're no longer answering. We're leaving them to fend for themselves, online, with the mob of group think and keyboard warriors. This is fucked. Get off social media. Do it right now. Delete the apps. Block the websites. Do it for yourself and do it for your children. We don't know where this will end, but the chance that its with rainbows and butterflies is absolutely zero.
