In today's episode I discuss how the Wim Hof Method can be an incredibly powerful tool for OCD and anxiety. It allows us to deepen our understanding of one of the key concepts for overcoming OCD, acceptance. To find out more about the method head over to www.wimhofmethod.com
Safety - Always practice the Wim Hof Method in a safe way. Seek the support of an instructor to learn the skills correctly. Never take an ice bath on your own. Only do the breathing in a safe place and never when driving. If you struggle with panic and anxiety, you can adapt the method to make it more gentle.

Try to remember that just about anything can become an obsession, but that doesn't mean we should avoid certain things, it just means we have to learn to become more accepting.
