Lizzie's mission is to inspire a global "active workday revolution," empowering leaders and employees to embrace movement as an integral part of the modern workplace. Her book, "The Active Workday Advantage," provides a roadmap for organizations to implement simple, yet impactful changes. "The way we're working in this century is not working," Lizzie declares.
