However, many times you see companies failing to get their million-dollar ideas executed by WFH teams properly. In most cases, if an outsourcing studio is capable enough yet fails the project, it’s usually due to one problem: A organizational cultural mismatch between the client and the outsourcing team. Culture varies from region to region and in most instances, impacts the way people work.
