Today we are hanging out with John Cooney twitter.com/jmtb02 from Armor Games discussing why they went to a 4 day work week. We are going to dig deep into this and discussing a variety of things. - Why a small indie publishing team would choose to move to a four-day workweek. We researched several different models, we conducted extensive research (which was challenging given how little there was especially for smaller teams) - Some of the challenges we've had setting up this model. Not a lot of frameworks for how this should go, so we had to figure it out as we went. We had a LOT of questions we needed to solve (how does part-time work? Are we breaking the law for full-time workers? How does vacation work?).
