World's First Epigenetic Testing
SHR # 2492 :: World's First Epigenetic Testing - Dr. William Seeds, MD - Dr. Daniel Elías Martín Herranz PhD - We now know that you're not a hostage of your genes. Twin model studies have proven this conclusively. But up until now actually assessing our own Epigenetics and interpreting actionable meaning of it has been mostly a mystery. That's all about to change. The way DNA testing has given us a window into what predispositions we may have been born with, Epigenetic testing will allow us for the first time ever to interpret how our lifestyle, the things we drink, the foods we eat and our environment is interacting with effects those genes. As an example, we have been in search of the perfect human diet for decades. Epigenetic testing will now allow us to determine what YOUR perfect diet is! Those who tune in today will also be offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn their own Epigenome.

Boundless: Upgrade Your Brain, Optimize Your Body, Defy Aging
SHR # 2490 :: Boundless: Upgrade Your Brain, Optimize Your Body, Defy Aging - Ben Greenfield - Few people have the credentials to write a book like this. His goal was selfish. He wanted a road-map. A single book that would provide a guide to optimizing the human body, mind, and spirit—written with no stone unturned, no fluff, no “watered down” drivel—just pure, hardcore, practical, from-the-trenches content. It didn't exist, so he wrote it himself.

And now we're all quarantined in our individuals homes. 5 days into a 15 day "social distancing" exercise that we hope will lead to our lives normalizing. So many people are already at wits end. Cabin fever is at an all time high. And the not-knowing is making it worse. Some feel that our lives will never be back to normal. And if so, when? July? August? We have to find ways to come together and keep moving forward. And while we wait for our lives to normalize we have to learn how to live TogetherApart.

The Therapeutic Effects of Dihydro Honokiol (DHHb) in Coronavirus and Cancer
SHR # 2488 :: The Therapeutic Effects of Dihydro Honokiol (DHHb) in Coronavirus and Cancer - Dr. William Seeds, MD - Honokiol is derived from the Magnolia tree. There is a vast and and relativity ignored series of effects that have profound chemo-protective and antiviral benefits. One of the original downsides of honokiol is the very short half life in the human body which can be measured in minutes. This form of honokiol dramatically increases the half life to 4 to 6 hours and potency to 30 times making it feasible to use therapeutically.

Fixing Night Blindness
SHR # 2484 :: Fixing Night Blindness - Leslie Burke - Nyctalopia is the term used for night blindness. A phenomenon described by the NIH as a normal part of the aging eye. It's estimated that over 24 million adult Americans suffer from night blindness not caused by optic nerve or retinal issues. By that age of 75 over 50% of us will develop difficulty seeing in dimly lit environments, or being blinded when driving at night by oncoming headlights? Do you find yourself a bit panicked when driving at night because the oncoming headlights make you lose sight of the road? Or you find yourself using the flashlight app on your smart phone to read the menu at restaurants because, while the print isn't necessarily hard to read, you feel it's just too dim to see? This condition is attributed to changes in the crystalline lenses of the eye that make it more opaque. This makes rays of light harder to reach the retina. Lie looking through a really dirty window. It may also be the early signs of a developing cataract. There is something you can do about it to regain your ability to see in dimly lit environments as you age.
