#119: Sarah Knight - The No F*cks Given Author On How To Get Your Life Together

Sarah Knight is the author of the massively popular No F*cks Given Guides. Her books tap in to feelings that most readers have, but are afraid to act upon. She gives them permission to follow through - whether it's casting off unwanted obligations (The Life Changing Magic Of Not Giving A F*ck); making big life changes (Get Your Sh*t Together); or just being themselves, flaws and all (You Do You). (Calm The F*ck Down) is about managing anxiety and problem solving in the face of adversity, and her latest book (F*ck No!) is a manual for saying no, meaning it, and being heard. In this episode of the Freedom Pact podcast, I discuss the concepts in all of these books with Sarah and find out how we can make them work for us. Cristina is one of the first in the world to have been able to induce a state of relaxation in the Caribbean Reef sharks through gentle touch.
