Mike Thompson could have listened to the doctors. At the age of 15, after five years of battling four rounds of cancer, when they told him he wouldn’t make it past age 18. Or when they told him that he would never be able to do athletic activites ever again.  But he didn’t. Now in his mid-30’s, Mike has completed multiple marathons and Ironmans, including the Kona Ironman, and has summited Mount Kilimanjaro. He has now devoted his life to helping others who struggle with cancer, PTSD, and more by partnering with Texas Original, one of the two operating medical cannabis providers in Texas.
