Prior to joining IronTribe, Kyle was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and before that he was the Director of Sport Performance at the Lee Taft Speed Academy in Queensbury, NY
He holds both an B.S. and M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Ithaca College, as well as countless certifications including CSCS, USAW, StrongFirst, RKC, CrossFit, FMS, TRX, FRC and Precision Nutrition.

Podcast 093 – ACL Injury Rehab and Return to Sport with Scott Duggan
Scott Duggan is a Strength and Conditioning Coach who currently serves as the Director of Operations for Athletic Evolution in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Athletic Evolution, Scott led the Assumption College Football summer strength and conditioning program.
He is a former captain of Hudson High School’s football and ice hockey teams. Scott graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology. During his college years, he was a member of the UMass Amherst football team and earned the UMass special teams “Player of the Year” in 2010 while starting at fullback.
Scott has worked with every type of athlete from Youth to the Pros, including running NFL and NBA combine programs each winter and spring where his team has helped over 50 athletes sign NFL contracts and 4 athletes get drafted. In the fall of 2020 Scott was tasked with starting the Bentley University Strength and Conditioning Program. Scott continues to work daily with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bentley University on the day-to-day operations of the program.
More recently, Scott is also heavily involved with injury prevention and rehab. He takes pride in helping athletes come back from major injuries stronger and better than before their injury. Over the past 10 years Scott has helped over 80 athletes return to their sport following ACL surgery.

FMS Co-Founder Dr. Lee Burton received his Bachelor Degree in Athletic Training from Appalachian State University and his Master Degree in Education with an emphasis in athletic training from Old Dominion University. Lee received his Doctorate Degree from Virginia Tech with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Wellness. He attained his Certification of Athletic Training through the NATA- BOC and his Certification of Strength and Conditioning through the NSCA.
He has presented internationally on numerous sports medicine topics. Additionally, Lee has authored book chapters and articles in a variety of sports medicine journals and produced instructional videos concerning functional applications for treatment, assessment and conditioning of active individuals.
Lee consults with a wide variety of organizations and individuals including NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, military/government entities, as well as the Cooper and Mayo Clinics on injury prevention and performance enhancement.

Podcast 089 – An Inside Look at an NFL Career with Matt Chatham
Matt Chatham is a former NFL linebacker who came into the pros as an undrafted rookie out of Division II South Dakota in 2000, Matt spent six seasons with the New England Patriots before joining the New York Jets. Playing in 91 games, he totaled 143 combined tackles and recovered two fumbles, one which he returned 38 yards for a touchdown against the Giants in 2003, as well as earned himself three Super Bowl rings.
Matt was pre-law student coming out of college, doubling in criminal justice and English. He returned to school following his playing days and earned an MBA from Babson College.
Spending 12 years as a football analyst with the New England Sports Network and working college games for ESPN and the ACC Network, Matt also wrote for the Boston Herald and The Athletic. But in June of 2022, he became one of the students at Babson College who wanted their own business. He created a product and has built a business around it – Rub Smoke Love.
