You’ve probably heard of or even studied Maslow’s hierarchy of needs which is usually represented by a pyramid with basic human needs at the bottom and aspirational needs at the top. It turns out that there’s also a pyramid of weight loss needs. Catherine and Donald discuss that the key to long-term success is taking care of the bottom and slowing climbing to the top. The Tip of the Week (TOW!) involves using flavored lip gloss in a new way. The Product of the Week (POW!) is a food scale.
