Except instead of calling it a “mood ring”, you call it “motivation”. We wait for motivation to hit us, to really feel the eye of the tiger before we head off to hit our goals hard. But motivation is unreliable and sometimes never comes at all. This week, Catherine and Donald talk about how moods and motivation are short-term and fickle and building systems and consistency are the real keys to hitting your weight loss and fitness goals.
