Jay Standish is an entrepreneur and co-founder of OpenDoor Coliving. For nearly ten years with that company, he was a pioneer in the business of professionally-run community housing. OpenDoor started by leasing a single home and eventually came to operate over 400 units in three states. Jo Petroni is an architect based in rural France, and she is the founder of Permarchitecture. Alissa Collins is the co-founder of Latitude Regenerative Real Estate, alongside her husband, show host Neal.
