I've just had the opportunity to interview Ricky Kesler from IncomeSchool.com. This is an interview that you're not going to want to miss because he has a huge announcement - Jim is leaving Income school! Ricky is taking over full ownership of Income School and all that the business entails. AJ Saunders started out as a musician, owned a jewelry store, produced kindle books, and now owns an affiliate site that is making over $6000 per month - and we get into all of that in the interview. The site is about 3 years old and has over 1 million words of content - that's a whole lot! So he has some good processes in place for hiring authors and writing his own content. Chelsea has multiple different online businesses, but she got her start in (and loves) affiliate marketing. She has been able to build thriving communities with her sites and is big on email lists. She has some great practical tips on both how to be better at affiliate marketing, and how to be better at owning and running a business more generally. She has a ton of experience in online business and there is a lot we can all learn from her. Not only has Chelsea started and built up affiliate marketing websites, but she's also done e-commerce, dropshipping, and even a bit of dropservicing (selling digital services but having them fulfilled by others)! Keval Shah is the founder of an SEO agency that is especially for e-commerce websites. It’s called Inbound Pursuit and Keval joins us to tell us all about it. His SEO agency is helping many businesses drive traffic to their e-commerce stores and dramatically increase their sales. After a short period of time, the agency is now averaging $80K per month. How has he done it? Besides being an authentic and hardworking person who is willing to take risks and test things, Twitter has been the biggest driver of growth.

Nick is not only a really well-known blogger and podcaster, but he's also one of the nicest guys that you could meet. While he runs multiple sites, Side Hustle Nation is his focus right now, which has grown massively since Nick was last on the podcast all the way back in 2013. Back in 2018, a business partner and I invested together in a niche website.  I had not long sold my Amazon FBA business and wanted to invest some of that money into another online business. We decided to try and find an off-market deal rather than going through a broker. My partner and I started by looking around in private Facebook groups dedicated to website owners. We would simply ask if there was anyone looking to sell. After a lot of back and forth with various potential sellers, we found the site we would ultimately buy - a mom blog! Most of the content was on crafting, cooking, and parenting, and I thought there was a lot of room for growth. You can read more about the process and our initial plans here. In this week's podcast, I want to update you on: how much we bought the mom blog for the ups and downs that we've had over the past 3 years and where the website is today I'll also share with you the sources of income and what it was making when we bought it, and how much it was expected to make in June 2021.

He has a portfolio of sites that he's managing for clients and a portfolio of sites that Onfolio own themselves. These are sites that they've acquired and now manage. They plan to eventually scale that business and go public. In fact, in the next year, they plan to have a direct listing in the public markets. In the podcast, we talk about Dom's history, how he started building content sites, how he started Human Proof Designs (a range of online business services) and eventually exited that business for a 7 figure sum, and what he's learned along the way about owning and managing a portfolio of websites.  It's a really good story that I think you're going to enjoy.
