DLM Uncut: From $300 to $10K! A Strategic Ad Spend Blueprint

Overthinking is the number one enemy when leading effectively and creating powerful content. With all the information and training available within the network marketing business, it's easy to become overwhelmed. But when you start with what comes naturally, the process feels less like a chore and more like an extension of yourself. And that is how you build an authentic brand. In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers a question from his community about analysis paralysis and ad spend strategy. As one of his members enjoys doing ads, he says that it is a perfect way to consistently apply what she knows and work with others who do the same.Instead of trying to be perfect from day one, he wants you to approach ads like a controlled experiment. Start with a small, manageable budget by reinvesting a portion of your sales into the ad spend.Balazs also emphasizes that ads are only as effective as the content and brand they point to. Your goal is to attract people who are a natural fit for you and your business. Define your brand voice and set expectations about your ideal team members so your ads not only show the product you're selling, but also who you are. "You're going to pick a percentage of your commission that you generate from a direct sale that you will reinvest back into your ads. Depending on your financial situation, 10%, 20%, 50%, I would even say 50% would be smart, because you'll scale faster." - Balazs W KardosListen to this episode to focus on your strengths, master the fundamentals of ads, and grow from $300 to $10k through a strategic blueprint.Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:How can you prevent analysis paralysis as a leader and content creator? Why are context and personal alignment relevant to running a business? How can you master ads with a strategic ad spend? Why build a team of like-minded individuals? How can you reinvest in ads? What is the role of content and branding in your ad results?Want a Personalized Plan for Business & Life Optimization?Book A FREE Call Connect with Balazs W Kardos:WebsiteFacebookThe Diamond Life CommunityLinkedInYouTubeInstagramThe Diamond Life Mentor Instagram

DLM Uncut: How Successful Entrepreneurs Think About Finances

As an entrepreneur, it's normal to see how money comes and goes into your account. And when the amount becomes larger than usual, it feels strange, maybe even a little scary. That feeling is your "financial thermostat" or your comfort zone in money.Let us say that the number is around $10,000, but when your account dips below that, you panic and work hard to get it back up. When it rises above it, you get nervous and start spending to bring it back down to a "safe" level. You feel like you have to get rid of the extra money, so you don't. This pattern stops you from ever building wealth. In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos is back with his Blueprint clients to answer a question about investing finances and creating generational wealth. His first tip is to adjust your financial thermostat. You need to get comfortable with a higher number, then invest the rest. Instead of your money just sitting in a bank, get an insurance policy. Transfer your savings into life insurance policies and overpay their premiums. For example, you might put in $40,000 a year. This money grows with interest, uninterrupted. When you need a large sum for something like a home, a car, or even taxes, you borrow against the policy. Your original $40,000 is still in the policy growing, and you use the borrowed money to pay your expenses.Balazs also wants you to be aware of your internet marketing and online advertising numbers. You need to know your cost per lead, cost per sale, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value, even if you're outsourcing to an ad agency. If you spend $3 for each lead and it takes 900 leads to make one sale, your cost per sale amounts to $900. If that sale earns you $6,000, you can see that you have a substantial return on your investment. Additionally, the customer lifetime value, which represents the total revenue generated from an individual customer throughout their journey with your business, should be much higher than your initial commission. Finally, it’s important to have accountants who can help you manage your finances as you open up life insurance policies for your children as soon as they are born. By consistently contributing a set amount each year, they can reap the rewards from a very early age. This strategy builds generational wealth. "$20,000 might be your zero, and this is going to feel uncomfortable, but at the same time, it's going to give you peace of mind. That's the reason you want to increase this zero over time, because when an opportunity comes up, you know you'll get some money together." - Balazs W KardosCatch this episode to take control of your money by adjusting your financial thermostat, investing your money strategically, knowing your numbers, and having a professional team with you. DLM Uncut: Authenticity Is the New Authority

Authenticity means being your true self, showing up as who you truly are rather than trying to be someone you're not. It is when you do not need to make things perfect and hide your messy side for the formal one.As a result, you create content that is truly relatable and valuable for your audience because they connect with you on a deeper level. They know that you understand their ups and downs, too.In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos goes on a call with his Blueprint clients to answer questions about authenticity in leadership. He mentions that being in the high-ticket network marketing business and freedom lifestyle allows him to fulfill various roles in both his business and personal life, whether as a professional, a parent, or a husband. He can dress in everything from t-shirts and slippers to a suit and tie, depending on the occasion. Each role calls for a different version of himself, and all these appearances are part of who he is.Now, as you embrace imperfection in your content, you also define and communicate your brand voice with your team and audience. It helps your team members feel more independent because they have an authentic person leading them, not just a perfect image. "If you happen to have a message to share and you're getting ready with a towel on your head in the bathroom, then just do it. Then you don't have to wait until you have your hair blow-dried, is what I'm getting at." - Balazs W KardosListen to this episode to practice embracing your authentic self and watch how easy it is to show up, create content, and inspire your team members to perform further.Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:How can you be authentic by showing your casual and professional personalities? How can you create relatable and valuable content? How can you define your brand voice in your business journey? What makes your team foster independence and personal growth? Why should you lean into the contrasts of life experiences for your audience?Want a Personalized Plan for Business & Life Optimization?Book A FREE Call Connect with Balazs W Kardos:WebsiteFacebookThe Diamond Life CommunityLinkedInYouTubeInstagramThe Diamond Life Mentor Instagram

DLM Uncut: How to Shift Your Energy and Convert More Leads

Remember that in network marketing, you are in business to help people, to offer a solution. But sometimes, it feels like talking and talking, and your message is not landing. Why? If you were your customer and considering a purchase, you would not focus on the small details of its manufacturing. Instead, you want to know how it can solve your problems and improve your life, right? That is the key difference between offering product features and benefits. In this Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos shares a clip from his community as he answers questions about lead generation and conversion. He wants to show that, for example, when teaching freedom or a new business, you should start shifting your energy to these benefits to share them. Feel that and the results you experience living that freedom every day. Then focus on these outcomes, not just the parts of your product or service.Next, utilize your prospects' time effectively during your 45-minute masterclass by asking thought-provoking questions. Take all the things they shared with you - their worries, their goals, why they want more money or more time. Ask them: "When was the last time you invested just 45 minutes in something that could completely change your life, giving you the time, freedom, and all the things you deeply want, while also helping you avoid the things you don't want in the next five to ten years?"This experience gives them a fresh perspective because it changes their way of thinking and helps them set a new direction for their future. So, before you even think about "pitching" anything, you should understand what they truly need. You can pre-frame your content by highlighting the benefits and outcomes people will get, not just the details of your product. For example, instead of saying "our product has X feature," say "with our product, you'll feel Y, and you'll achieve Z." "There's usually a healthy mix of fear, skepticism, doubt, and excitement, right? We're all human. There's nothing wrong with that. So when we can tap into this and share something along the lines of, look, I remember when I first came across this too, and I wasn't sure if this was going to be for me, but I truly don't know where I would be today if I would have made some sort of excuse and not watch that information." - Balazs W KardosListen to this episode to shift your energy and focus on outcomes, ask the right questions, pre-frame your message, and turn your 45-minute masterclass into something that converts and changes lives.Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:How can you transform your leads within a 45-minute masterclass? How can you discover your prospects' pain points and desires during an initial conversation? How can you pre-frame your content to highlight its benefits more? What questions should you ask your leads before pitching? Why should you focus on outcomes, rather than features?Want a Personalized Plan for Business & Life Optimization?Book A FREE Call Connect with Balazs W Kardos:WebsiteFacebookThe Diamond Life CommunityLinkedInYouTubeInstagramThe Diamond Life Mentor Instagram

DLM Uncut: You Gave Them the Key, Now Remind Them How to Use It

You've given your team the solution, but they're not using it. They bought in, they started, but then life kept happening, just as it always does. So, you might feel responsible, like you're failing them. What should you do?You have to sell your existing team on why they should continue to show up. This business, this solution, cannot be just a "side hustle" if they want real change. It needs to be a priority. Now is your chance to coach them indirectly, without having a direct, one-on-one conversation. Your team is watching your public social media content. They see your posts, your stories, your videos. You don't have to pretend everything is perfect in your own life. It's often more powerful to show up messy, to admit that life can be tough, but that you still have the solution.People relate to realness. If you try to pretend everything is always smooth, it creates a disconnect. Your team members are likely facing similar struggles, and when you share your journey, even the challenges, it builds trust and makes them feel understood. In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos shares a clip from his Blueprint client call to answer more questions about leadership. Balazs believes that it is about reminding your team of their reason and creating a supportive community where everyone feels like they're in it together, working towards a common goal.Aside from creating relatable content, he encourages the use of group coaching calls to provide mutual support, as these calls are an excellent way to re-engage your current team and share success stories from the community. When members witness the success of others and hear motivating messages they can relate to, it inspires them to recommit to their transformation. "You can show up messy. You can show up like life is kicking you hard right now and still have a solution. Does that make sense? So this is the gap." - Balazs W KardosListen to this episode to stop taking on all the blame for your team's performance, use your content to realign them with their goals, communicate authentically, and inspire them to apply the solution you've always provided. DLM Uncut: Lead Less, Win More! The Shift That Changed Everything

Are you giving all your energy to people who aren't giving back? It's time to change how you lead. While network marketing is about community, leadership strategies shift as the team grows. The old way of leading often means trying to help everyone equally. But some people consistently show up, close sales, and build strong teams. Others don't. And you can't force someone to help themselves because you can't truly motivate someone else's team members if you don't even know them personally. In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs shares a clip from his Blueprint client call, where he answers questions about leading less yet achieving more through coaching strategies and the GPM Method. He wants you to shift from being the "giver" to the collaborator of the community by cutting down meetings and focusing on the top leaders, the ones who are consistently performing. Why? Because those are the truly committed people. Those are the people making sales, whose teams are growing.Balazs believes you cannot manage a large team and motivate everyone in it, so you empower your key people to lead their segments. It means your team meetings need to make members want to show up.Secondly, think of special events or retreats where they can connect, learn advanced strategies, and feel valued. With your time and resources in your top performers, you create a stronger, more independent, and more effective organization.Lastly, with the GPM Method, collaboration becomes natural. People are encouraged to connect with their teams, to share successes, and to learn from each other. It reduces the burden on you as the central leader to be everywhere at once while fostering a culture that encourages them to grow and reach their goals. "It doesn't have to be expensive or fancy, but you can get everybody a big boost. It gets people to be business-focused during the summer, when people take their eyes off their business. These types of incentives, retreats, and sales targets make it fun, and it gets them to have a goal." - Balazs W KardosTune into this short and sweet episode to shift coaching strategies, delegate leadership, and lead less and win more.Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:How often should team meetings happen to make members show up more? Why should you invest more time in your top performers? How can you manage a large team and delegate responsibilities? Why should you shift your coaching strategy as the team grows? Why are retreats relevant to team performance? How can your community collaborate using the GPM method?Ready to take your growth to the next level?Join us LIVE for a free Diamond Life Mentor Zoom Training on Monday, July 8th at 3PM PT with Balazs W Kardos. You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and strategies to start scaling your business like a pro!Save your seat now – register here: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/ls59tBhGTkqlUzo-gqLaxQWant a Personalized Plan for Business & Life Optimization?Book A FREE Call Connect with Balazs W Kardos:WebsiteFacebookThe Diamond Life CommunityLinkedInYouTubeInstagramThe Diamond Life Mentor Instagram

DLM Uncut: More Than a Niche - How to Craft Your Story

If you are trying to solve someone's problem with your big picture for life, then your brand is the way you link your vision to what your ideal client is struggling with. It can be having enough time for your future kids or the freedom to live and work from anywhere. This dream is your "why," and it gives your life direction. But most people don't even let themselves dream that big because they can't see how their current job could ever make it happen. So, to find that niche for your content strategy, you show the connection. Share with them what freedom looks like with time, location, and money. And that is what brings them solutions to their problems. In this another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos shares a clip from his previous Accelerator call to answer questions about choosing a niche to craft your story, as he just concluded the Global Convention over the weekend. Balazs wants you to start by having clarity on what you want. That will be your core reason and connection to your content strategy and target audience. Then, directly address the opposite – the pain you want to avoid. You want to be in control. You want to choose how you spend your days, to decide, "You know what? Today, I want to do something different." Your content and ads should directly address this connection. Your niche goes beyond just who you are; your brand serves as the link between your aspirations and your clients' struggles. As a result, you should focus on breaking free from the typical work schedule or gaining more quality time with your family to represent that.Lastly, Balazs recommends allocating 80% of your ad budget to what works best and 20% to exploring new ideas. As you grow as a leader and business owner, keep testing different approaches to adapt and find what works for you. "The pain is the piece that brings it all over here. You describe what you want, and then you transition from that to what you don't want. You have to choose a primary emotional driver that is the most important to you right now as key for your content strategy." - Balazs W KardosListen to this episode to understand your audience's biggest frustrations and link them directly to your vision of freedom as you define your niche.Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:Why is it important to determine your "Why" to drive success? How can you escape time prison to gain time freedom? Why should you address your pain points in your content? Why is your niche not your identity? How can you connect your brand with your ideal client's pain? How can you test and budget your ad strategy?Ready to take your growth to the next level?Join us LIVE for a free Diamond Life Mentor Zoom Training on Monday, July 8th at 3PM PT with Balazs W Kardos.

Bonus Episode (Convention)

You know that feeling of wanting more for your future? Of seeing what you want to become – maybe a parent, someone with true freedom – but realizing wishing alone won't get you there? There comes a moment when you have to make a big choice and commitment. In this bonus Diamond Life Mentor episode, Balazs W Kardos wants to share lessons from his speech as he travels to California as a keynote speaker for the Global Convention. He talks about discipline, destiny, and the GPM Method that impacted how he created and thrived in the high-ticket network marketing business, bringing $1B in community sales to date.Five years after Balazs' mom got the machine, things in his life made it clear: if he didn't make a solid decision about his future, about what kind of father he wanted to be, it wouldn't just happen. So, when he got serious about his business, his choice wasn't just to make money or quit his job. He broke the old patterns that had held them back for generations and changed everything in his family's story. While there's no guarantee you'll make billions in sales, if you choose something as strong and deep as his, or like those top leaders you see who built lasting success and financial freedom, you'll see a common thread. It leads to finding the discipline that becomes automatic when you truly shift to the person you say you want to be. Since January 2025, Balazs has walked 10,000 steps daily, tracked his food, eaten healthy, and carried a "no miss, no compromise" identity. Then, he co-created his destiny. He experienced that as you evolve into the person destined to achieve your vision, your dreams gravitate toward you, and you move toward them. That made him optimize his business system by developing the GPM Method and the upcoming GPM Paperwork Automation (only available to the US, Canada, and Australia) to help his community do the same.As a way of giving back, Balazs offers a free webinar after the convention to help you achieve the same focus and vision of how you want your freedom lifestyle and business to be in the future. In addition, you can also try the GPM Method, which starts at $1 and then renews to $99 per month. Lastly, once you're ready to work on your business full-time with the guidance of Balazs as your mentor, there is the Diamond Life Mentorship Program to learn the right system and training for your high-ticket network marketing journey. "You build you, and the person you build goes and builds the business effortlessly because their identity automatically creates discipline on the right habits and actions that will lead them to success and achieve the goals and the milestones and the ranks and the income and the freedom, no matter what, it's just a matter of time." - Balazs W KardosDo not miss this bonus episode to connect with your deepest purpose, solidify your decision, and become the person who achieves everything you desire through discipline, destiny, and the GPM Method.Key Diamond Nuggets In This Episode:What is the relevance of making powerful decisions to avoid resistance in business? Why is discipline not a personality trait? What were Balazs' recent epiphanies that led to his identity shift and transformation in 2025?What bonuses can you get from Balazs for being at the convention? Why should destiny be about co-creation?What is GPM paperwork automation about?Ready to take your growth to the next level?Join us LIVE for a free Diamond Life Mentor Zoom Training on Monday, July 8th at 3PM PT with Balazs W Kardos.
