Delving in a little deeper into the ideas, mores and norms that influence our subconscious and unknowingly drive our behaviour. Mores and norms control the majority of our actions from the way we dress, to the people you date, even to the amount of times we feel we should be having sex. This episode calls for the examination of what truly drives our lives. After all, an unexamined subconscious is a certain kind of slavery.

Our whole life is controlled by your fear of what others think, managing others perceptions and expectations of you or trying to please and impress others. Our religions, morals and ethics are a construct of the thought processes of strangers thousands of years ago controlling your life now. Is your entire life built on a foundation of other people’s thoughts?

If I took an eternal and pure entity who was all awareness and consciousness, and I bound them to an imperfect, decaying form saddled with ego as master, doesn’t that make me a corrupter of said entity? This and other insights gleaned during the break. As always; thank you for listening.

As we watch more of Earth-Season 2020 unfold, I’m left asking: ‘who’s writing this sh*t?” Honestly. The repeating plot line of yet another case of police brutality-less than a month after WORLDWIDE protests, a president so villainous as to almost be cartoonish, lacking zero character development or a character arc, and the continued politicizing of an actual pandemic. 2020 continues to play out like badly written fiction. It all seems too bad to be true and maybe perhaps it is.
