210: Kendra Adachi - Why do we tolerate a lack of integrity?
Check out our new 30-day container here: https://www.longdistancelovebombs.com/integrity
Kendra Adachi is walking a path of deep service to awaken a remembrance of the divinity within while encouraging connection with the divinity around us. She practices reverence for the body and its erotic nature through emotional, physical, and spiritual modalities and feels our consumption is a choice that creates expansion or depletion.
As a certified health coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (click here to learn more: https://bit.ly/36Ctqhr), having completed the four levels of personal development through Integrity Seminars (click here to learn more: https://bit.ly/39A3HrJ), and having the gift of experiencing depression and mental illness, she has chosen to love her unique story and utilize its lessons to support others on their journey.
Kendra is in service to opening and receiving the nutrients of life that support expansion in sovereignty and the divine connection with the wisdom within. She believes in the power of approval of our creative erotic pulse and is devoted to reminding women and men that their unapologetic sexual expression (held responsibly) is a powerful medicine the world needs.
She holds space for women and men as a conduit to reconnect with their erotic truth through 1-1 mentorship and group containers. She believes the body is a sacred guide and that as we choose to worship it with acceptance, approval, and permission, we become unwavering in our agency and sovereignty. Kendra believes in honoring our true appetite and savoring life, that food is an extension of our divine experience. She's leading a movement where women are coming together to dismantle the narratives that have starved us and reclaim our innate hunger and satiation with our bodies, expression, and primal power. Email Kendra at hello@adachikendra.com to learn more.

202: Elijah Kala McShane - Can aloha bring the rainbow to everyone?
Elijah Kala McShane, also known as Son of O'ahu, is a devoted Ambassador of Aloha from the sacred islands of Hawai'i. His mission of sharing The Way of Aloha has reached millions worldwide via his social media reach and his work as a demanded speaker, facilitator, and ceremonialist. Elijah's message focuses on three fundamental principles of Hawaiian spirituality: Aloha 'Aina (connection to the land), Aloha Akua (connection to spirit), & Aloha Kanaka (connection to one another).
As a Native Hawaiian on O'ahu, Elijah grew up in a Catholic and Christian context of spirituality that rarely fulfilled his thirst for truth, love, connection, and universal wisdom. This propelled Elijah on a spiritual and cultural quest to rediscover his unique connection to his ancestors, cultural practices, and ways of being through the principle of Aloha. Through consciousness work, healing inter-generational trauma, and creative expression, he developed Awakened Aloha, a multi-faceted organization that works toward "inspiring a world where Aloha is the heartbeat of humanity" where he, alongside his wife, Jazmin, shares the message of Aloha as a transformative principle for self-discovery, connection, and contribution to the planet.
Elijah shares a universal message of Aloha that brings forth empowerment, inspiration, and internal transformation within his audience. His engaging and energetic facilitation style immerses his participants in a deep sense of oneness, unity, and connection. With his combination of cultural wisdom, universal spiritual principles, and masterful art of storytelling, thousands of attendees have experienced a profound feeling of being 'Ohana (family) and in oneness with all things in the environment.
He has also been a guest speaker at high schools, non-profit organizations, and communities throughout North America, bringing this transformative message of Aloha. As a ceremonialist and facilitator of sacred space, Elijah has created trauma-informed containers of healing for people suffering from depression, drug addiction, deep-rooted insecurities, and post-traumatic stress. These ceremonies, including the Ke Ala Pili, have been recorded to guide people into a more resonant vibration of life that brings about inspiration, positive change, and inner transformation of self-identity.
