Ronen has recently joined Hines, the international real estate firm, as European Head of Operations and Senior Managing Director.An expert on global workplace trends, technology and corporate real estate operations, he will work closely with Hines’ tenants across Europe to meet the evolving real estate needs of global occupiers.

James is CEO of Grosvenor Britain and Ireland and has overall responsibility for the business, which owns and manages the London Estate in Mayfair and Belgravia, and a range of new developments including a 1,500 home build to rent site in Bermondsey and eight new communities across the south east of England.

Today, Gabrielle's Equiem manages a client portfolio of 145+ buildings across Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the USA, leading the firm to be named in Deloitte's Tech Fast 500 (APAC 2016). In 2017, she moved to New York with her family to spearhead the company’s expansion in the USA.Gabrielle was previously Director of Sales & Marketing and Group General Manager of Advance Marketing, a leading marketing organisation operating in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.She is also a published writer and an accomplished global presenter having studied Business and Communications at Monash University in Melbourne.

Liz was Chief Executive of the British Property Federation for thirteen years until her retirement in 2014. She was awarded a CBE in 2008 for services to the property industry.Liz now has a portfolio career with a range of non-executive, advisory and charity roles, at Howard de Walden Estates, RPS Group, RDI REIT, Holtby Turner, the Churches Conservation Trust, Connected Places Catapult and The Whiteley Homes Trust. She is Chairman of Real Estate Balance, President of the Property Litigation Association, and a member of the Mayor of London’s Homes for Londoners Board. In 2017 Liz was appointed Chairman of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) and in 2018 appointed Chairman of the Sponsor Board for the Palace of Westminster Restoration and Renewal Programme.

Ryan Simonetti is the CEO and co-founder of Convene, the company that designs and services premium places to work, meet, and host inspiring events. His unique expertise in real estate acquisitions, development, and structured finance has helped catapult Convene to become a pioneer in the commercial real estate industry.

Brian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976. He joined Shaftesbury when it was formed in 1986, and was Finance Director from its float on the London Stock Exchange in 1987 until he became Chief Executive in 2011.

Helen Gordon is Chief Executive of Grainger plc the UK’s largest listed residential landlord.  

With a career in retail property spanning nearly 30 years Mark is a high profile thought leader in the field of placemaking and the challenges and opportunities that our town centres and retail places face. This was recognised in his recent appointment to chair of the governments High Street Task Force, following his role as President of Revo in 2019.

James Saunders was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Quintain in October 2019.  James was previously Chief Operating Officer of Quintain and has been a main board director since 2017. As Chief Operating Officer, James led the place-making and estate management at Wembley Park, commercial partnerships, group marketing, IT and health and safety. 

Sadie Morgan is a Co-Founding Director of leading architectural practice dRMM, along with Alex de Rijke and Philip Marsh. Over a 25-year career Sadie has played a key role in the advocacy of exemplary design and architecture, through her professional practice and advisory roles.
