One great building at a time.Harry was born in Germany and raised in France and Belgium, before moving to Canada and then to New York. It was in New York and more specifically in the SoHo district: that gave Harry the idea and the impetus to start the Manhattan Loft Corporation. When he moved to the UK in the late 1980's Harry already knew that he wanted to bring to London the loft style living he had experienced in New York. Ironically, it was the decline of the property market in the early 1990's and the subsequent availability of old industrial buildings in unfashionable parts of town that enabled him to pioneer loft living in the UK.

Duncan is co-founder and CEO of Skyports, a leading pioneer for locating, building, owning and operating vertiports within urban environments and implementing end-to-end drone deliveries. 

Rebeca Guzman Vidal is the group head of retail at international investor, asset manager and developer Chelsfield, where she works on retail strategy across a global portfolio that spans gateway cities including London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong.

Ronen has recently joined Hines, the international real estate firm, as European Head of Operations and Senior Managing Director.An expert on global workplace trends, technology and corporate real estate operations, he will work closely with Hines’ tenants across Europe to meet the evolving real estate needs of global occupiers.

James is CEO of Grosvenor Britain and Ireland and has overall responsibility for the business, which owns and manages the London Estate in Mayfair and Belgravia, and a range of new developments including a 1,500 home build to rent site in Bermondsey and eight new communities across the south east of England.

In 2017, she moved to New York with her family to spearhead the company’s expansion in the USA.Gabrielle was previously Director of Sales & Marketing and Group General Manager of Advance Marketing, a leading marketing organisation operating in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.She is also a published writer and an accomplished global presenter having studied Business and Communications at Monash University in Melbourne.

Liz was Chief Executive of the British Property Federation for thirteen years until her retirement in 2014. She was awarded a CBE in 2008 for services to the property industry.Liz now has a portfolio career with a range of non-executive, advisory and charity roles, at Howard de Walden Estates, RPS Group, RDI REIT, Holtby Turner, the Churches Conservation Trust, Connected Places Catapult and The Whiteley Homes Trust. She is Chairman of Real Estate Balance, President of the Property Litigation Association, and a member of the Mayor of London’s Homes for Londoners Board. In 2017 Liz was appointed Chairman of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) and in 2018 appointed Chairman of the Sponsor Board for the Palace of Westminster Restoration and Renewal Programme.

Brian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1976. He joined Shaftesbury when it was formed in 1986, and was Finance Director from its float on the London Stock Exchange in 1987 until he became Chief Executive in 2011.
