Roger Orf joined Apollo in November 2010 and is a Partner & Vice-Chairman of Apollo’s Principal Finance and Real Estate businesses segment focusing on transaction development for both real estate equity and debt, operating partner outreach, significant limited partner matters and general ambassadorial work across the platform. He serves on the Investment Committees of the Apollo North American Real Estate and the European Principal Finance funds. Previously Roger was responsible for Citigroup’s global real estate investment activities. 

Jackie Sadek has 30 years’ experience in property, specializing in public-private sector partnerships.  From 2014 to 2016 Jackie was Specialist Adviser to Government on urban regeneration.

 Joanne McNamara is Executive Vice President, Europe and Asia-Pacific of Oxford Properties. In this role, Jo is responsible for all aspects of Oxford’s business across Europe. 

George Roberts is Head of UK & Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest real estate advisers.Prior to assuming his current leadership role in 2017, he led the firm’s London Markets division with overall responsibility for its occupier representation, leasing, capital markets, residential and development teams specialising in London real estate.

In her time at L&Q Fiona has spearheaded our 5.1billion development programme, led our expansion into the Midlands and North West, and delivered change programmes to improve both the efficiency and diversity of our Development and Sales function.Prior to joining L&Q, Fiona was the Executive Director for Development, Enterprise and Environment at the Greater London Authority (GLA).As part of the senior management team for the GLA, she was responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of key strategies such as the London Plan, the Economic Development Strategy, transport, environment and climate change and in overseeing the operation of the Mayor’s powers in relation to significant planning applications in the capital.

Basil Demeroutis is Managing Partner of purpose-driven real estate investment firm, FORE Partnership. The firm has a portfolio of over one million square feet in the UK and western Europe, spanning offices, mixed use and residential sectors.

One great building at a time.Harry was born in Germany and raised in France and Belgium, before moving to Canada and then to New York. It was in New York and more specifically in the SoHo district: that gave Harry the idea and the impetus to start the Manhattan Loft Corporation. When he moved to the UK in the late 1980's Harry already knew that he wanted to bring to London the loft style living he had experienced in New York. Ironically, it was the decline of the property market in the early 1990's and the subsequent availability of old industrial buildings in unfashionable parts of town that enabled him to pioneer loft living in the UK.

Duncan is co-founder and CEO of Skyports, a leading pioneer for locating, building, owning and operating vertiports within urban environments and implementing end-to-end drone deliveries. 

Rebeca Guzman Vidal is the group head of retail at international investor, asset manager and developer Chelsfield, where she works on retail strategy across a global portfolio that spans gateway cities including London, Paris, New York and Hong Kong.
