Ep 5. Running 7 Marathons on 7 Continents in 7 Days with the Incredible and Unbreakable Linda Carrier

Have you ever labeled someone or had a label placed upon you? Have you ever had others define you and put limitations upon what you can accomplish? Have others look past you based upon outward appearances?  Today's episode is with Linda Carrier, a woman who has run the World Marathon not once, but twice. What is the World Marathon you might ask? It is when a group of runners complete 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days. No, that is not a typo.  What makes Linda's journey all the more incredible is she is a Type 1 Diabetic. She was given the diagnosis at the age of 14 and then told a long list of things she wouldn't be able to do. However, Linda refused to be defined by a label.  Meeting Linda three years ago was the great reminder we never really know what another person is capable of. So lean in and learn about this woman who continues to defy the odds and how her journey can help you with yours.  You can find Chandler on Instagram and LinkedIn, or you can shop his hand drawn artwork at the company website Archive 22.  Audio Credits: Opening Monalogue: From 'The Breakfast Club'.  Background Music: 'Don't Forget About Me' by Simple Minds.
