Should I stay or should I go? make that decision from a place of trust not scarcity with Anais who supports people thinking of going back to their home country
After returning to France after travelling and living in different countries she felt unsettled, so Anaïs posted on a Facebook group — and was surprised by how many others felt the same and that was the beginning of creating her business "The returner support" When you’ve lived in different places, it’s easy to think the next destination will finally bring that missing piece — so you keep moving, searching, hoping to feel whole. But the truth is, what you're looking for has always been within you.The shift happens when you stop seeking answers outside of yourself and start doing the inner work.I don’t give my clients the answers. I guide them to find the answers within themselves.Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/the_returner_support/How people can work with me : https://stan.store/the_returner_supportMy website : https://anaisruel.wixsite.com/mysiteMy podcast : https://smartlink.ausha.co/the-returner-support

Inside the music music business with musician, journalist and publicist David Rowley
Receiving a transistor radio at the age of 8 sparked David’s lifelong passion for music. This early love eventually led him to a career in journalism, where he carved out his own niche as a pop music journalist in London. By his 20s, he was traveling the globe, covering the vibrant world of music.
David was with Paul Weller when the iconic Band Aid call came in from Midge Ure, a pivotal moment in music history. He also witnessed firsthand how the rise of MTV revolutionized the way bands promoted their music, transforming the industry.
Through a combination of talent and being in the right place at the right time, David built a fascinating career. From listening to cassette demos sent in by bands, he discovered and signed his first Danish Grammy-nominated artist.
Now based in Valencia, David has returned to his roots by playing in a band once again. This conversation dives into the fascinating world of backing singers, shares plenty of brilliant name-drops, and offers an insider’s look at the music industry. Operation Annie: A Family’s Mission to Rescue a Once-Happy Soul from the Grip of Media-Induced Despair”With Author David Swift
Fueled by chocolate, sleeping on the floor, and deep conversations with his characters, David embarked on an unconventional writing process. His resolve to maintain creative control led him to reject publishers who didn’t align with his vision, declaring, ‘You’re a million miles removed from the subject matter, and I want this book out.’The success of his book didn’t stop there. It opened doors to teaching literacy in schools, sharing his passion for storytelling with students. A BBC competition win further showcased his talent, as he recorded his entry, which later inspired a play performed in his hometown of Scarborough. With hopes of a film adaptation on the horizon, David’s journey highlights how creativity can transform even the darkest moments into a beacon of hope."
