#266: 5 Things To Increase Your Self-Discipline

Hello Empire Builder! Today we are talking about 5 things that can help increase self-discipline including how and when to take breaks. "Do something that you necessarily don't want to do..." At minute 1:33 I talk about what traits successful entrepreneurs have in common. "These will become natural habits…" At 2:41 I dive in with step #1 which is tracking. I talk about why tracking and measuring results and your performance is SO important for your life and your business. Wondering how you can start to track this? I've got you covered with tips, what my team does and what I do to stay on track! "Write it down. Get it out of your head…" At minute 8:05 is step #2! Have you ever heard of a brain dump? If you haven't you will want to start now! I share why it's extremely important to get things out of your head and on to paper. We are busy entrepreneurs and it's hard to remember everything we think or say throughout the day. I talk about the things I use to do this that really keeps me organized and focused! "I set alarms for everything…" At 11:27 I'm talking about step #3 which is using reminders and alarms. It's amazing what a simple reminder or a customized alarm can get you out of bed and start working. This is not only to wake up but for any part of your day! "Be the person you want to be…" At minute 17:02 is step #4 where I want you to find an accountability partner. Having someone in your life that you can share your goals and what you learned with, will make it easier for you to actually do things and not just talk about them. "You cant have an all or nothing mindset…" At 20:45 I talk about how important it is to always keep a positive mindset. I'm giving you tips on how you can utilize your time no matter how much or how little you have during the day! As I mentioned I am giving you two links! The first is to a worksheet for tracking purposes which you can find here: shesbuildingherempire.com/selfdiscipline The second is the Oreo video I was sharing about which you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QX_oy9614HQ Let's keep the conversation going! #260: The ONLY Way To Sell Your Digital Products

I am so excited to bring you this episode because I am sharing the ONLY way to sell your digital products. It is my favorite way and it should be yours too! I usually get push-back on this topic but it is SO powerful for your digital products. "How many of you have bought a birthday cake?..." At minute 1:16 ask yourself a series of questions to understand how common a pre-sell is that you might not even realize. Start thinking outside of the box and become comfortable with being uncomfortable. "Sometimes we miss the mark..." At 4:34 I share a HUGE mistake people make when creating their product. Hear two stories and testimonials that will sell the idea of pre-selling your products to you! Learn how to set your expectations and keep your promises. "Are you going to hold up that commitment?..." At minute 10:04 Hear the ultimate accountability to get your program done. When you decide to pre-sell, set your expectations and tell people what it will be and what it will look like. I see people over-deliver and if you think you create the course and then sell it it will consume SO much time. "It's a huge win-win…" At 12:56 I share the benefits of pre-selling for both the seller and the people buying and how hard it can be to be your own boss. Make sure you have the accountability to get the program and launch to be a success. Join my FREE Facebook group right here: www.shesbuildingherempire.club and keep the conversation going! #259: The Best Digital Product To Start With and How To Give Enough Value

I am so excited to bring you this episode because we are talking about what the best digital product to start with is and how to make sure you give enough value when creating your first program. "A lot of times we think bigger is better…" At minute 1:53 learn what the different types of digital products are that are out there. I explain a few of the most popular digital products including DIY products and how there is SO much more out there than you might even think! "As long as you are further ahead of your people, that is all that matters…" At 5:43 I go into how to make sure you deliver enough value when creating your first product or program. As long as you have experience and knowledge to share, you will be great. "A lot of people want that passive product..." At minute 11:40, I share the easiest and most profitable type of product to create first. The best place to start is with private, one-on-one coaching. The time at the beginning of your business is SO crucial and where your future goes determines where you start and what you learn from your clients. "We want to take them on a journey…" At 13:58, hear why a product suite is important to have and why you need to start with the end in mind. It is easier for our current people to buy, and buy again than always selling to new people. Share your big takeaways from today and be sure to tag me so I can see it!
