How to Raise Capital the LEGAL Way with Attorney Bethany LaFlam

Now enter the U.S. Government and regulation… (that escalated quickly!).    This isn’t some big scary warning meant to discourage you from using OPM or raising capital, but it is a statement - as with anything, you need to know what you’re doing to ensure you do things right.
