I’m falling back in love with my routines right now. During the summer I really didn’t think I was going to want to go back to organization and structure in my life. If you’re new here I took the summer off of self-improvement and focused on just being in the present moment and enjoying myself. I read lots of beach reads, woke up whenever I woke up and didn’t do any of my habits/routines unless I felt like it. I wanted to do this series about questions to ask yourself as each enneagram type for a couple of reasons.  Because I thought it would be fun to do basically a guided journaling session together.  Because I think it’s helpful to explore the part of each of us that is carrying the pressure of each enneagram type. Today’s episode is really about laying the foundation for our next series. I want to convince you today that one of the best things you can offer yourself is a strong sense of curiosity. I’m going to make that argument with the five following points. 1. The most important relationship you have in your life is the one you have to yourself. 2. Relationships die when curiosity ceases to exist. 3. Curiosity breeds compassion. 4. Confidence does not come from conditional love and we can’t have unconditional love without curiosity. 5.
