From the mail room to Hollywood - Director. Simon Cellan Jones talk his journey to becoming a filmmaker and his latest feature 'The Family Plan'

Director Simon Cellan Jones joins Giles Alderson and Dom Lenoir to talk working with Hollywood stars, making a career as a filmmaker and directing the ace new action comedy The Family Plan starring Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Monaghan.Simon discusses how he worked at 20th Century Fox in the mail room before working as a runner at the BBC then made a short film and sold to to them. He went to make TV series including Our Friends in the North, The Bill, The Expanse, Jessica Jones, Ballers, Years and Years, See, The Diplomat, as well as making his debut feature Some Voices starring Daniel Craig and being nominated for a BAFTA.
