Today on the show Jayson is talking with actress, producer, podcaster, and entrepreneur Melissa Carcache. Melissa was born in Miami, Florida, and knew she wanted to be an actress as far back as kindergarten when she starred in her first play. Right after completing high school at 18, after getting her mother’s blessing, she packed her bags and moved to Los Angeles for a career. She got off to a bit of a good start by nabbing a role in an Intel commercial but spent the majority of her time auditioning and attending more classes. Melissa has been a part of a few successful entrepreneurship ventures, she started her own production company, RomDom Productions, created a successful podcast with her sister called Millennial Women, and now has a chip company selling her grandma’s chip recipe across the globe. Today on the show Jayson is talking with Eric and Eliza Roberts, both are actor and actress, casting directors, and media personalities starring in best of the best, Animal House, Dark Knight, and more. Appearing in music videos by The Killers, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, and more. Eric was nominated for Academy Award and Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Buck in Runaway Train. Eric’s family all grew up bit by the acting bug as his parents ran an acting and writing school right out of their home. This would eventually inspire both him and his sisters, Julia and Lisa Roberts, to pursue acting careers later in their lives. He grew up with a severe stutter, it was when he landed his first acting role as a kid that he slowly overcame his impediment. Eliza was raised an only child in Los Angeles by her father David Rayfiel who was a writer, known for having worked on the mystery thriller movie Three Days of the Condor and the romantic comedy Sabrina. Travis, along with his wife Kelsey, founded the Travis Mills Foundation, a nonprofit organization, formed to benefit veterans who have been injured in the line of duty.
