TLS #347: The Flow Diaries: How My Life Has Flowed in 2021 So Far - Including How I Ended up Back in Hawaii
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 347 with Jess… This Flow Diaries episode is dedicated to Jess’s first few weeks of 2021. She covers multiple topics such as her experience with having COVID, dealing with unexpected alignments, the different countries her inner voice has been pushing her to visit, the importance of slowing down for having deeper realizations, and much more. My favorite part of this episode is when Jess describes how COVID may have been difficult on her body, but it was the perfect entry-way to slowing down. She saw the time that she was bed-ridden as a positive experience where she got to step down from the online presence and connect with the stillness within herself. So what are you waiting for? Tune in to hear all about it! P.S.: Make sure to download the Lively Community App and be the first to know about the latest news. Available through the app store on any mobile device What we discuss: 4:23: Flow diaries: first few weeks of 2021 5:19: My experience with COVID 9:16: Slowing down and having deep realizations 14:26: Dealing with Visas and escaping lockdown 16:43: Getting called to Hawaii 22:17: Dealing with unexpected alignments 24:45: Following my intuition about the purple property 28:35: Meeting Rita 34:13: My few days in Detroit 41:30: Considering Mexico 45:53: Following your own inner voiceAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

Hello and welcome to episode 346 of the Lively Show with Jess. I’m Chelsea, the podcast producer, and let me tell you, this episode is one you don’t want to miss! Jess brings you another Q&A edition where she answers 13 questions asked by community members within the Lively Community app! As you know, Jess speaks a lot about following our inner voice, right? Well, in this episode, a community member brought up an amazing point: How do we know the difference between our inner voice and our thinking mind? As well as, when do we draw the line between surrendering to something crappy vs. striving for what we deserve? And, are we genuinely waiting for the right opportunity to flow, or are we procrastinating due to our ego and fear of failure? Tune into the entire episode to find out! The Questions Jess Answers in the Episode: 1:23 - Community updates inside the Lively Community App available in the app store on all mobile devices 3:34 - Q1: How was Jess's experience of finding coaching clients different (before vs. after living in flow)? 17:57 - Q2: What are Jess’s thoughts on seasonal depression and flowing through dark emotional seasons? 22:44 - Q3: What is the best way to release blocks and resistance to things you'd like to manifest? 23:37 - Q4: How do you know it's the authentic inner voice and not just the thinking mind? 25:40 - Q5: What was Jess's mental process of healing a wart? 31:13 - Q6: What’s Jess's daily life like in Portugal: community and leisure? 38:21 - Q7: How does Jess use manifestation to attract business opportunities and social connections? 52:21 - Q8: What advice does Jess have for someone that is about to start a podcast? 52:52 - Q9: As Jess released old belief patterns or blocks, was there a change on what turned her on? 55:24 - Q10: Am I genuinely waiting for the right opportunity to flow, or am I procrastinating due to my ego and fear of failure? 57:06 - Q11: Thoughts on bean bags and methods to release them? 58:23 - Q12: What is the best way of coping with dating and the feeling of rejection? 1:06:10] Q13: When do you draw the line between surrendering to something crappy vs. striving for what you deserve? 1:12:41 - With Jess’s present knowledge of flow and intuition, what would Jess tell her 19 year-old college self and what would she do differently? Q+A: Manifesting Clear Eyesight + Body, Re-Visiting Old Patterns Anew & Podcasting Advice
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 345 with Jess! In this episode, Jess answers 6 of the 36 questions received from all of you amazing souls within the Lively Community App! A few questions Jess answers touch on choosing between high-paying jobs vs. loving what you do, re-visiting old patterns after doing the inner-work and how to listen to our inner voice instead of our ego. My personal favorite is when Jess addresses the question of “what should I study in University if I want to make money?”. She gives a different perspective on why we may be following the path of “more money” in our lives. In fact, we are actually trying to manifest something much larger than that, as money tends to flow once we find our“why”. But what is the best way to find our “why”? As Jess says, allowing ourselves to indulge in the blessed gift of living in the unknown and following our intuitions will result in our “why” coming to us. P.S.: Our Lively Community App has grown to a community of over 1,300 of you! Make sure to download the app now. Available through the app store on any mobile device What Jess discusses in this episode: [00:59] Updates on our community [05:48] Q1: Manifesting the dream body experience [21:59] Q2: High-paying jobs vs. loving what you do [32:23] Q3: Re-visiting old patterns post-inner-work [36:10] Q4: Listening to our inner voice vs. our ego [50:28] Q5: Advice on how to start a podcast [51:16] Q6: Updates on Jess’ eyesight after trying to correct it without glassesAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

The Collective on Human Design, Our Inner Voice, and 2021
Welcome to episode 344 of The Lively Show! And guess what? The Collective is back! In this episode, Jess is joined by Annie Francouer where the two speak as the Collective answering questions sent by the Coco community (which the fourth round will be launching on January 13th!). Annie was initially an inner-voice client of Jess's and all of a sudden, during an Inner Voice session, the Collective appeared through her. How amazing is that?! But wait...what is the collective? It's a group of non-physical entities channeled by Annie! And the questions asked and answered in this episode revolve around human design, going beyond our framework, and of course, the inner voice. My personal favorite part of the episode was Annie discussing the importance of feeling still and putting ourselves in the Creator's shoes. She hit home when she said every single human being has the potential to see and think for themselves and to chose love over fear. P.S. The questions were submitted by the community in the Lively Community App so don't forget to join now! Available through the app store on any mobile device :) What we discuss: [05:54] What does the collective think of Human Design? [08:53] Using human design effectively and ineffectively [16:40] What to expect in 2021 [20:46] The Collective's expectation for mass consciousness this year [25:16] Finding purpose and meaning [28:19] Does the Inner Voice have an Inner Voice? [31:31] Does consciousness exist or manifest as multiple dimensions? [38:40] How do we learn to trust our hearts and inner voice? [40:48] Do souls need to be healed? How to Stop Mental Looping + The Biggest Flow that "Didn't Go"
Welcome back to the Lively Show! It’s Chelsea here, the producer of the podcast and I’m excited to share with you the ins and outs of episode 343 with Jess! What I believe to be the highlight of this episode is Jess’s recap of a recent small gathering she had at her new apartment in Lisbon. She discusses how she was “looping” and “projecting” as she found herself questioning whether or not her guests were having a good time or if they even liked her. These thoughts led her to peel back some layers and come to the realization that what she’s really doing is creating her own narrative for each person in the room. I love how she compares it to a T.V. show that she’s running in her mind. This really helped me become aware of how I’m doing this in my own life and how I need to create greater awareness for when I’m creating false narratives. Jess also dives into what she calls her “Flow Dairies” where she tells us about her days spent in Portugal and the things that seem to be aligning in her life. Plus, we get an awesome update on the brand-new Lively Community App that you definitely don’t want to miss out on! You can download it now by searching it in the App Store on any mobile device. TLS #342: I'm Back! Where I'm Living Now and What I've Been Up to Lately
Welcome back to the Lively Show. This is Chelsea here, the new producer of the podcast! I’m excited to be here with Jess bringing you season seven…or is it season eight? Or, maybe it’s season six? Jess has lost track! But whatever season it is, we are here in the now and she’s back bringing you brand-new episodes. Woohoo! But, this season will be different than before…This season of the podcast is going to align with the season of life Jess is currently in. She’s living in Portugal and loves the ebb and flow that has come along with it. Which means, the podcast is going to ebb and flow, too! Episodes will release when she feels inspired, and also, they will simply be a casual chat about life. Life feels too serious these days, so let’s keep it light and fun! In this episode, Jess gets you up to speed on everything that is happening in her life and within the Lively community! But, the most exciting thing she shares is the official launch of the Lively Community app. Say what?! That’s right, we have launched a free app just for the Lively community. You can think about it like a hybrid between Facebook and Instagram. It’s essentially our living room for us to connect. There are different threads and groups for you to join to discuss the topics you’re most interested in with other people within the Lively community who are just as interested as you are! The Lively team truly believes this is the one thing we have been missing. I know many of us may not have other friends or family who we can connect with on the things we’re most passionate about, right? And the team knows from seeing you all connect at live events that you truly thrive when you’re together. So now, you can head over to the App Store on any mobile device and get connected with the rest of the community now! Much love, Chelsea, Jess & the Lively TeamAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

TLS #341: Why I’ve Been Quiet, Why I’m Going Inward, And What’s Next For The Lively Show
Hello my friends! This week I’m catching you up on where I’ve been - and on what’s coming next. I’ve been quiet on Instagram lately, and in this episode, I’ll explain a bit more about why. I’ll discuss how it feels to go deeply inward, what it feels to shed traits that you thought you “had” to have, and what’s been going through my mind these days. I also want to especially highlight in this episode that no matter what happens in this world - especially as we experience such an intense year - you can always turn to your inner voice for guidance on how to heal and help others. So I’m sharing a few refresher tips on how to tap into that infinite wisdom. Whether we talk again next week, next month, or next year, may something wonderful happen to you today. :)Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

TLS #340: How To Help Friends In A Crisis, The Meaning Of Shame, & How To Support Your Kids Through Health Issues with the Collective
This episode is a Lively Show first: a recording of a call with The Collective Collective! You’ll hear The Collective, channeled by Annie Francoeur, answer questions from CoCo members about recent events and all kinds of heart issues. The Collective guides us through the question of what, if anything, the COVID-19 pandemic means for humanity, and how to help people who are suffering in this time. We touch on decision making, karma, lucky numbers, the power of prayer, and how humans can get stuck in the same loops over and over. We take a look at shame and fear, and the intense amount of power those emotions can have over people. We also have a powerful conversation on how parents can support their kids through health issues or struggles - this part made me tear up! I’m so happy to share this episode with you, and I hope the supportive group energy of the session lifts you up!Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

TLS #339: An Inner Voice Conversation On Race With Nicole Perkins, An Inner Voice Facilitator of Color
This week’s episode is a conversation with the inner voice of Nicole Perkins, a brilliant and talented IVFT facilitator of color. In processing the killing of George Floyd and the centuries of systematic racism that led up to it, many minds are confronting painful questions right now. How do inner beings perceive racism, injustice, and trauma? In this episode, Nicole’s inner voice offers insight on the emotional weight that many people of color carry, how inner beings perceive white privilege, and how to raise kids during this time in human history - among many other important topics. Thank you Nicole for sharing this conversation with us!Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

TLS #338: What Happened When I Did My Own Inner Voice Session with An IVFT Grad
