Why do we have self doubt?
The dictionary says having self doubt is a lack of confidence in oneself and one's abilities. We are going to dive into that but I implore you dear listener to proceed with caution. I did not appreciate my self reflection. Doubt is a value we put on something is we perceive it less than what it is stated as in terms of worth ......but what happens when we talk not only about the human dynamic but our own self worth? It is horrific if I hit a full season of this podcast for the simple fact in 29 years of my existence I have not been able to hold this long a relationship with someone. For you my dear listener I give you this; Run because you have been here with me longer than most relationship. Thank you ...not for listening nut for allowing yourself to be Hosted on Acast. When your Lonely vs When you are Alone
What can we say.....‘Being alone’ is a choice to be in physical solitude whereas ‘being lonely’ is a consequence of psychological and emotional solitude. After a fight or heated argument, people can be heard saying, “please leave me alone” but not “leave me lonely”. By leave me alone they mean to stay undisturbed for some time. In the worst scenario, ‘being alone’ can go wrong to become ‘being lonely’ due to unchosen circumstances. This was a hard episode to make. TAKE 11- 15 !!! This is where we are and who we are. What is Choice
Choice is the act of hesitation that we make before making a decision. It is a mental wobble. And so we are always in a dither of doubt as to whether we are behaving the right way, or doing the right thing, and so on and so forth…and lack a certain kind of self-confidence. And if you see you lack self-confidence, you will make mistakes through sheer fumbling. If you do have self-confidence you may get away with doing entirely the wrong thing. - Alan WattsToday lets chat about the simple act of "Taking the Path less travelled". This is not a journey of self reevaluation ,this is the path of choosing what is "Right" vs "What is right in this moment" Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Why Self Discipline is such a balancing act
Have you ever tried not eating the chocolate in the fridge (Yes chocolate goes in the fridge) or waking up an hour earlier to go to the gym. It's great right!!! Until you have to repeat the process of not eating the extra treat and not staying in bed cozy under the covers EVERY SINGLE DAY! But why did you put yourself in this situation? You have a goal, right?!? But do you have the will power? For many people, learning how to increase willpower is perceived as the holy grail of success and personal growth. The logic seems straightforward: If you could only understand how to build willpower, you’d be able to overcome your impulses, master your emotions and make rational decisions that further your goals.
