Nobody knows me better than her as she's been there every step of the way regarding my transition from stepping down from 180 Nutrition, and creating my Let It In workshops and online course. It was safe to say she knew how to get the most out of me and this interview. About Howard: Howard Martin is one of the original leaders who helped Doc Childre found HeartMath and has been with the organization since its inception in 1991 serving as a key spokesperson and executive. Howard is also a contributing author of the new book, Heart Intelligence, Connecting with the Intuitive Guidance of the Heart. Howard played a key role in launching the Global Coherence Initiative (GCI), a science-based, co-creative project to unite people in heart-focused care and intention, to facilitate the shift in global consciousness from instability and discord to balance, cooperation and enduring peace. Welcome to the Guy Lawrence Podcast. I hope you subscribe and stick around :) You may have been familiar with my previous podcast 180 Nutrition - The Health Sessions. I co-hosted that for over 4 years, with over 2m+ downloads on iTunes alone and we interviewed some amazing people within the health space. For me 2018 is about a fresh start. Having stepped down from 180 Nutrition, I wanted to explore ideas within my new podcast that go beyond conventional health, wealth and wisdom. Each week I will catch up with leading experts and have conversations that help ignite the passion in us all to live the life we truly want to live.
