You may have been familiar with my previous podcast 180 Nutrition - The Health Sessions. I co-hosted that for over 4 years, with over 2m+ downloads on iTunes alone and we interviewed some amazing people within the health space.

For me 2018 is about a fresh start. Having stepped down from 180 Nutrition, I wanted to explore ideas within my new podcast that go beyond conventional health, wealth and wisdom. Each week I will catch up with leading experts and have conversations that help ignite the passion in us all to live the life we truly want to live.

I'm very excited about this journey and look forward to sharing it with you.
