Ivo Pirisi: Longevity & Blue Zone Sardinia Experience
#37 My awesome guest this week is Ivo Pirisi who is a research biologist and founder of Tasting Sardinia. We've been exploring the Blue Zones of Sardinia for the last week and Ivo has been our guide. About Ivo: Ivo Pirisi is the mind and engine of Tasting Sardinia. He is a professional photographer, research biologist, and aficionado of Sardinian food and culture. Ivo sums up his dream with this statement: "The spirit that drove you towards us is probably the same spirit that pushes us towards you. In the end, we all crave the same thing: "to feed the soul".
