A Walk In The Physical | Christian Sundberg

#195 My amazing guest today is Christian Sundberg. Christian is a public speaker and author, with a background as a project manager in the manufacturing industry. After starting a practice of meditation and spirituality, Christian remembered his pre-birth memories, that he had accessed as a child but forgotten until the age of 30. During our conversation today, we discuss the nature of pre-birth experiences, Christian's first pre-birth memory, and how we are all spiritual beings experiencing a physical reality. We also talk about the role of fear and the effects of its low vibration on us. If you're curious about the nature of fear, trauma, and our physical life, then this episode is for you. "I like to call fear: simply yet uninvolved. Fear is just a signpost to us that we have an experience or a condition that we have not yet fully integrated." About Christian: Christian Sundberg has worked for over 15 years as a project manager for complex nuclear pump and valve manufacturing projects, some valued at over $100MM. Christian is also a public speaker, having presented at over 80 events. When Christian was a young child, he remembered his existence before coming to Earth. While that memory left him completely for his early adult life, it spontaneously returned at the age of 30 as Christian took up a meditation practice and went through a personal awakening journey. He also began to have Out of Body Experiences (OBEs). Christian now seeks to remind others in at least a small part of who we really are beneath the human "play." Christian is the author of the book A Walk in the Physical, which attempts to succinctly describe the larger spiritual context in which we exist and the importance of love in our human journey. Our Wellness Journeys & Non-Negotiables | Lynda & Guy Lawrence

#194 Today, I'm here with my amazing wife, Lynda Griparic, answering your questions about our individual wellness journeys. Lynda and I took very different paths in arriving to our beliefs on wellness, and in this episode, we share those paths with you to hopefully show you that everyone can live a healthy life, no matter their background. We also talk about the importance of asking yourself where your joy is in your life, and how you can contribute to your individual wellness while being a parent. If you want to get to know Lynda and I a bit better, then this is definitely the episode for you. About Lynda: Lynda's journey with gut health started in her early 20's and, as is a common trait of twenty somethings, she strived to achieve an image of what 'healthy' looked like. "Physically I looked happy, healthy and displayed all the right signs of someone who looked after themselves, but something wasn't quite right," Lynda says. Studying amongst other practitioners it had become clear that her passion was gut health, but more specifically constipation. Faced with an overall feeling of heaviness, lethargy and a little bit of embarrassment she realized that she wanted to help others let go of the shame that constipation brings. Many were suffering...mostly in silence. Unfortunately, the repercussions of leaving constipation unattended aren't limited to the short term. Quick fixes such as laxatives can be detrimental to one's health and mask what may be a bigger problem at hand. The long-term consequences of avoiding seeking medical help for constipation can be extremely harmful and scary words like chronic disease could come into play down the track. So, after a conversation with her husband, Guy, she announced that she wanted to work with constipated people. "You can imagine his surprise. And that is how I came to develop BetterMe Tea - a tea designed to promote improved gut health and digestion - assisting those who struggle with constipation and sluggish bowel movements go to the bathroom with ease," she says. As well as being the 'poo whisperer' she is a qualified naturopath, yoga teacher and wellness practitioner. Her qualifications and personal experience with constipation have helped her help clients struggling with the battle of misbehaving poos find relief and move on with their lives - sans constipation! Overcoming Chest Down Paralysis with Meditation & Elevated States Of Consciousness | RJ Spina

#188 This week, I'm here with the amazing RJ Spina. RJ is an educator that teaches the higher consciousness, metaphysics of self-healing and self-realization. After a lethal infection in his spine left him paralyzed from the chest down, RJ withdrew into himself to heal. And within a year of his injury, he succeeded in healing himself from a paralysis thought to be permanent. During our conversation today, we discuss the incredible story of how RJ was able to heal himself and what advice he gives to people wishing to command their own fates. We also discuss the ego and its role, how we can be in command of our own lives, and how the cycle of everyday stress can be broken. If you are someone who feels out of alignment with your heart, then this is the episode for you. "Don't think outside the box, remove the box. Now, you can do anything that you set your intention to do." About RJ: RJ Spina is an educator and has been an avid meditator for well over twenty years and has taught countless people this sacred practice. In early 2016, RJ became deathly ill. A lethal infection had gotten into his spine, crushing it, causing permanent paralysis from the chest down despite taking a two-month course of very strong antibiotics. He required emergency surgery and remained hospitalized for 2 months. Upon awakening, literally and figuratively from surgery, he told everyone he would heal himself not only from being permanently paralysed from the chest down but from the multiple diseases including hypothyroidism, diabetes, Hashimoto's auto immune disease and autonomic dysreflexia. Within one year, has accomplished exactly that. He is no longer paralysed and shows no indications of any of the diseases he was diagnosed with and takes absolutely no medications. Deeping Connections: What Your Teenagers & Kids Need Most | Tracey Burns

#187 Today, I am here with my dear friend Tracey Burns. Tracey is a coach who teaches and provides the life skills and tools teen girls need to thrive in life. She also partners with their parents to become a formidable team in helping the girls in the crucial years of adolescence. During our conversation today, we discuss parenting styles, the importance of self-awareness among teens and parents, how parents can connect with their teens, and the effects of the pandemic on teenagers. If you are a parent who is seeking to connect with their child and build a solid relationship, then this episode is for you. "I hear a lot from parents about wanting to change their teen. But actually, you have to work with both parents and teens to get the results." About Tracey: Before starting Unstoppable Girls, Tracey had a successful career in Marketing and Advertising. Tracey was inspired to create Unstoppable girls as she reflected on her own childhood and teen years. After suffering trauma as a young girl and realising the impact this made on her throughout her teen and adult life, Tracey knew the importance of having a strong sense of self and self-worth, as well as positive role models. Tracey passionately believes that if we can develop our girls' mental armour (courage, self-belief, confidence and compassion) to own who they are, understand their strengths, their uniqueness, and their worth, then they have a much greater chance of a positive experience during their teen years. As a teen, and young woman, Tracey set up her own retail business which she ran successfully for 4 years until at the age of 23 she decided to study Business with marketing at University where she went on to win a National competition that saw her land a graduate training place at a top advertising agency in London. She climbed the corporate ladder and went on to become a Managing Director of a leading Marketing agency working on world class brands like Qantas, Virgin, Vodafone, Volkswagen, amongst others. After 20 years in the corporate world Tracey retrained and studied Psychology of coaching and qualified as an Executive and life coach. After working through her own childhood trauma and now being a mother of two girls, Tracey knew that for her girls and all girls to truly thrive, they needed to develop a rock-solid inner foundation as well as having strong, positive adult mentors in their life.
