Finding The Blessing In The Struggle

#198 On the morning of my birthday this week, I woke up 5:30am to vertigo. Every time I moved my head the room spun violently. What proceeded was vomit and diarrhea. I was completely floored. Every time I moved there was more vertigo, which then followed with more of the vomiting etc. I'll put the full adventure in a podcast, but the foot notes is that I laid in bed for two days, and I had to fully surrender. I couldn't move, check my phone or reply to messages. Nothing. It felt like a two day and night silent meditation with fasting! Being brought to my knees in a moment was very humbling. Being stripped back to bare bones truly help remind me of what matters. The people you love dearly. The stress of the to do lists, and Christmas quickly fall away. It turned out I had calcium crystal deposits fall into my ear canal, which instantly brings on the vertigo, and there are head body movements you do to work with gravity so they can work their way out. I share this with you simply because I've so many beautiful Birthday wishes that I have been unable to get to…. And that if you find yourself getting caught up in the stress of it all this time of year, take a breath and hug a loved one and see them through your hearts eyes. I wholeheartedly believe there are no accidents and with any adversity that comes our way, if you look close enough the gift will reveal itself. In a strange way it's been a bit of a reset and I'm just grateful for this gift called life and everyone in it. About Guy: He is a coach, speaker, podcaster, wellness advocate and entrepreneur. Originally co-founded natural supplement company 180 Nutrition in 2010.180 Nutrition became one of Australia's leading natural proteins was a Telstra business awards finalist and gained multiple national media exposure or their efforts. Scalar Light: A New Era In Quantum Healing | Tom Paladino

#196 My amazing guest today is Tom Paladino. Tom is a researcher and humanitarian whose work focuses on Scalar Energy and its healing effects. During our episode today, we talk about the nature of Scalar Energy, its potentials, and how it can be used as a potential energy source. We also discuss some case studies in which Scalar Energy and Tom's healing devices have had positive effects on the health of humans and animals alike. If you are curious about the direction our future could take in terms of energy, then this is the episode for you. About Tom: Tom Paladino is a researcher and humanitarian seeking to make a difference in the world by providing people with the education and tools to restore optimal health, and by helping enhance their quality of life. Tom began research with Scalar Energy during his undergraduate years after developing a deep admiration for the father of Scalar Energy research or knowledge, Nikola Tesla. He was also able to study the work of a man name Hieronymus who continued research on Scalar Energy. Hieronymus' major contributions included unbinding the RNA/DNA bonds of microbes plaguing the agricultural industry, thus rendering them harmless. The existence of such energy not found within the electromagnetic spectrum, fascinated Tom. Inspired by these findings, he pursued a course of independent study seeking to better understand and subsequently harness Scalar Energy, through the development of an instrument called "Scalar Light." A Walk In The Physical | Christian Sundberg

#195 My amazing guest today is Christian Sundberg. Christian is a public speaker and author, with a background as a project manager in the manufacturing industry. After starting a practice of meditation and spirituality, Christian remembered his pre-birth memories, that he had accessed as a child but forgotten until the age of 30. During our conversation today, we discuss the nature of pre-birth experiences, Christian's first pre-birth memory, and how we are all spiritual beings experiencing a physical reality. We also talk about the role of fear and the effects of its low vibration on us. If you're curious about the nature of fear, trauma, and our physical life, then this episode is for you. "I like to call fear: simply yet uninvolved. Fear is just a signpost to us that we have an experience or a condition that we have not yet fully integrated." About Christian: Christian Sundberg has worked for over 15 years as a project manager for complex nuclear pump and valve manufacturing projects, some valued at over $100MM. Christian is also a public speaker, having presented at over 80 events. When Christian was a young child, he remembered his existence before coming to Earth. While that memory left him completely for his early adult life, it spontaneously returned at the age of 30 as Christian took up a meditation practice and went through a personal awakening journey. He also began to have Out of Body Experiences (OBEs). Christian now seeks to remind others in at least a small part of who we really are beneath the human "play." Our Wellness Journeys & Non-Negotiables | Lynda & Guy Lawrence

#194 Today, I'm here with my amazing wife, Lynda Griparic, answering your questions about our individual wellness journeys. Lynda and I took very different paths in arriving to our beliefs on wellness, and in this episode, we share those paths with you to hopefully show you that everyone can live a healthy life, no matter their background. We also talk about the importance of asking yourself where your joy is in your life, and how you can contribute to your individual wellness while being a parent. If you want to get to know Lynda and I a bit better, then this is definitely the episode for you. About Lynda: Lynda's journey with gut health started in her early 20's and, as is a common trait of twenty somethings, she strived to achieve an image of what 'healthy' looked like. "Physically I looked happy, healthy and displayed all the right signs of someone who looked after themselves, but something wasn't quite right," Lynda says. Studying amongst other practitioners it had become clear that her passion was gut health, but more specifically constipation. Faced with an overall feeling of heaviness, lethargy and a little bit of embarrassment she realized that she wanted to help others let go of the shame that constipation brings. Many were suffering...mostly in silence. Unfortunately, the repercussions of leaving constipation unattended aren't limited to the short term. Quick fixes such as laxatives can be detrimental to one's health and mask what may be a bigger problem at hand. The long-term consequences of avoiding seeking medical help for constipation can be extremely harmful and scary words like chronic disease could come into play down the track. So, after a conversation with her husband, Guy, she announced that she wanted to work with constipated people. "You can imagine his surprise. And that is how I came to develop BetterMe Tea - a tea designed to promote improved gut health and digestion - assisting those who struggle with constipation and sluggish bowel movements go to the bathroom with ease," she says. As well as being the 'poo whisperer' she is a qualified naturopath, yoga teacher and wellness practitioner. Her qualifications and personal experience with constipation have helped her help clients struggling with the battle of misbehaving poos find relief and move on with their lives - sans constipation!
