Exploring Kundalini Rising and Multidimensional Consciousness | Monique Rebelle

#244 Monique Rebelle discussed her experience of a full Kundalini rising, which is a form of spiritual awakening. She explained how this has enabled her to create and use a multidimensional consciousness system to help others. Guy mentioned his recent conversations with Aaron Abkey and Lawrence Edwards, which also delved into these topics. Monique explained that it has taken her a long time to understand the concept, but that many people identify spirituality with things like yoga. She acknowledged that some people may be turned off by the concept, as it can seem like 'woo woo stuff', but that there is a lot of information out there about how to express non-religious spirituality. She is open to the idea that there is something beyond the reality that we can perceive, but that some of the topics surrounding spirituality can be overwhelming. The conversation was about the importance of faith and beliefs. Monique talked about how beliefs can change depending on how we feel and what happens next. She compared faith and beliefs, stated that faith comes from a universal love and is eternal, while beliefs can change over time. Monique then shared her own story of how she lost faith at one point in her life, before finally having an awakening and realization of her true purpose. She emphasized the importance of having direct experience as a teacher, as it can help to erode any unconscious beliefs we have. About Monique: Monique Rebelle is an artist, a painter. Born in Poland, she left her home country as a teenager and lived, and worked in England, Holland and France before moving to United States. While living in Los Angeles she continued working on her art and after experiencing an epiphany while painting, her work became abstract, geometric and non-objective abstractions. Although finding appreciation for her art in the local art community, Monique's personal situation was a source of depression and eventually she became suicidal. This is when the amazing, miraculous occurrence of kundalini rising resulting in spiritual enlightenment took place and changed her life completely. After years of contemplation of the phenomena she became a spiritual teacher. Her book about the experience - "Transcendence Calling - The Power of Kundalini Rising and Spiritual Enlightenment" was published in May of 2018. How A Near-Death Experience Changed My Perspective & Purpose In Life | Jeremiah Pospisil

#243 After having a motorbike accident and an extraordinary NDE (near death experience), Jeremiah has gained insight on the power of perspective and its ability to shift life. Jeremiah and Guy discussed the purpose of life and the impact of the NDE on his sense of self. Jeremiah used to define himself by his job as a crane operator and in the military, but now he is focused on his personal growth with the help of Guy's workshops and free seven days of meditation. They had an enjoyable conversation and Guy was excited to share it with the audience. Jeremiah discussed the importance of defining oneself by who one is and not by what one does. He then spoke about his near-death experience and the realization that he is more than his body and that his hair, arm, and leg could all go away but he would still be himself. Jeremiah talked about how he used to define people by what they did, but now he looks at things like what they are passionate about and how they express themselves. He reflected on his own life and how he was taught to create an existence of happiness, but he never thought outside of the parameters of what he was taught. Ultimately, Jeremiah believes that love is the ultimate reality of existence and all decisions should be based upon love. About Jeremiah: Jeremiah Pospisil experienced a near-death experience (NDE) that shifted his perspective on life, love, and happiness. Prior to the NDE, he was dealing with depression, anxiety and had been through multiple failed relationships. The NDE occurred when he was in the lowest point of his life, dealing with chronic pain and drinking one night, while riding his motorcycle on the freeway with no helmet. After the NDE, he had to question where he got his love, happiness and sense of reality from, and ultimately realized he had been trying to be someone he wasn't, instead of being true to himself. Jeremiah was riding a motorbike at around 70 mph when they crashed and flipped in the air, thinking that this was the end of their life. They had been dealing with depression for a long time and weren't actively trying to commit suicide but weren't taking care of themselves either. When the crash happened, they entered a dark void with vibrant lights that created a tunnel. The lights changed colors and the experience was beautiful, but Jeremiah was not in pain. Guy asked if Jeremiah was on a mission to kill themselves that night, to which Jeremiah replied that they didn't care and weren't actively trying to commit suicide, but weren't showing respect to themselves either. Healing Trauma with Mindfulness & Compassion | Gail Brenner

#242 The conversation began with a discussion of what has led Gail to become interested in the topic of trauma. Gail explained that they realized that there was more to life than just talk therapy after they started to explore Buddhism and meditation. They became associated with a meditation center and started to do retreats, which is when they realized that they had been carrying a lot of trauma that they had no idea was there. Gail explained that they were never afraid of exploring their inner experience and that doing so has helped them to understand themselves and their relationships better. The conversation then turned to a discussion of what trauma is and how it can be identified. She explained that trauma is a big word that is often used as a buzzword but that it is really just trauma-informed. A trauma-informed view is one that takes into account the ways that trauma can impact an individual or a community. The conversation discusses the trauma-informed view and how it is useful in understanding how people cope with difficult situations. It gives the example of a child who is left crying in a crib and how that child might develop strategies later in life to cope with similar situations. These strategies might include people-pleasing or perfectionism and can lead to further distress. Gail a non-dual therapist, which means that she looks deeply into the nature of experience to help people understand and solve their problems. She believes that the key to successful therapy is to change the person's identity, rather than just their thoughts or emotions. Gail explains that they struggled with unhappiness and a sense that there must be more to life in their 20s and 30s. They tried therapy but found that it didn't help as much as they hoped. Eventually, they started meditating and found that it was a big turning point for them. The speaker reflects on why they may have felt unhappy in their 20s, and explains how they learned to meditate. About Gail: Gail Brenner is a licensed Ph.D. psychologist and trauma specialist with almost 30 years of experience offering individual sessions and group workshops. Her work as a therapist and teacher invites people to shed attachment to false identities, return to their essential wholeness, and realize the truth of who they are. In primarily group courses, she holds safe space for people to investigate patterns of early trauma that live in the mind, body, and heart—and are carried through family generations. And she welcomes celebration of the freedom that's discovered when the attachment to these patterns falls away and there's space for awakened living in everyday life. Her teaching is practical and accessible to all. She loves meeting with people who have tried everything and are still searching for an end to suffering. Experience A New Reality | Kim Morrison, Matt Omo & Guy Lawrence

#238 The fact that we're seeing an astronomical increase in everything from obesity, to cancer and depression should come as no surprise. Nearly every part of our lives has been contaminated, and our minds and bodies are out of whack as a collective because of it, paving the way for all sorts of ailments. Have you ever wondered why your energy is louder than any words or actions? Do you ever wake up feeling crabby in the morning for no obvious reason? And then the whole day unfolds matching that mood? On the other hand, some days you wake up feeling amazing, happy to be alive and on those days you are in the flow. Everything seems that it's playing for you and you just know that everything is happening for your highest good. What if the choice is always up to you? What if you might not be able to change the circumstances around you but you can always choose how you are feeling about it? To help you learn how you can take action and shift your energy into flow and abundance, Matt and I had a very candid discussion with the host of the Self Love Podcast, Kim Morrison. We shared our personal journeys into the awakening that led us into the healing work we do today and talked about how one can choose themselves and their higher vibration to achieve the abundance and joy they so desire. We will also cover what self-love is, how you can nurture the self-love concept, how you can rewire yourself in order to experience a new reality and live your best life. Don't miss out! About Kim Morrison: Kim Morrison is an entrepreneur, health and lifestyle educator, speaker, acclaimed author and breakthrough coach empowering women all around the globe. Cliff Young was her mentor throughout and still to this day lives by his ethos that success is 90% mental and 10% physical. She has used her running story as a direct metaphor for life – riding the highs, hitting the walls, pushing through the pain barriers, crossing the line and never, ever giving up! She went on to represent Australia in 1990 at the world indoor 24-hour championships in the UK, where she set eight Australian records. Spiritual Acceleration. Healing In All Time, Space & Realities | Bonnie Serratore

#237 Everything is made of energy and has its own unique vibration, including you. Everything is in a constant state of receiving and radiating energy. The frequency of this energy falls on a spectrum from light to dark. Light energy is infinite, effortless, and rooted in love. Dark or shadow energy is dense and rooted in fear. As an electromagnetic being, you attract experiences and relationships that match your frequency. How do you know what frequency you are vibrating at? You may sense this energy by seeing colors or hearing sounds, or you may just know it. If you pause before you think, speak, or act, you can usually sense whether you're spurred by doubt, insecurity, control, or the need to be perfect or you're coming from a place of truth, creativity, love. You are in for a very powerful time as I am honored to have Spiritual Accelerator, expert energy clearer, and master tracker, Bonnie Serratore as our guest in this episode. She specializes in removing and clearing all unwanted foreign energy from all time and space which interfere with the expression of our Divine self. Bonnie will share how we can unravel our deepest emotional wounding and accelerate our personal growth. She will talk about the "New Paradigm", the shift of energy and consciousness that our planet is transitioning into, which I'm sure you've been seeing when you look around the world. Never before, at least in our recorded history, has so much awareness, awakening, care and concern been so palpable. Bonnie will unwrap that and so much more for us. I hope it benefits you as much as it did me. Enjoy! #235 Loss affects every area of our life. Whether we lose a loved one to death or divorce, or experience challenges financially, physically, emotionally, or spiritually, we can find ourselves struggling, questioning, confused, not realizing that instead of "going crazy," we are simply grieving. What can we do to ensure that we honor the losses, grieve in meaningful ways, and yet live our lives with meaning and purpose, even joy? In this episode, I will bring on a very dear friend, Don Damond, to help us answer that question. In 2017, Don's life was torn apart by the tragic killing of his fiancee, Justine Ruszczyk Damond, at the hands of Minneapolis Police. Justine called 911 to assist someone she thought was being assaulted and, instead, ended up becoming a victim herself. While standing in her alley, barefoot and in pajamas, she was shot and killed by a police officer. That loss led Don down a very difficult path, but her memory ended up becoming his guide through the tragedy. He learned so much about love, resiliency, the human spirit and healing. Since then, he has been working tirelessly to make sure Justine's death leads to real public safety reforms, and so far so good, because there have been some really positive changes in their city. By sharing his story with you, Don hopes that you will be inspired to start "the next chapter" of your beautiful life beyond the trauma of grief as you engage in deeper self-exploration and bring greater purpose and meaning out of the losses in your life so you can live intentionally and with joy. He will highlight several action steps that you can take including appreciating life, building a relationship with yourself and others, personal strength, new possibilities, and spiritual development, which are all vital to helping you heal. I hope our conversation will mean as much to you as it did to me. Enjoy! About Don: Don Damond is enrolled with the Iroquois band of Oneida First Nations.
