About Savitha Namuduri Savitha Namuduri has 20 years of experience in Data Science and Analytics space, spanning over several industries such as Telecom, Utility, Retail, Finance, QSR, Insurance, Healthcare and CPG. For the past 15 years she has been running Marketing Analytics teams for agencies such as Omnicom and Wunderman, with her most recent stint being for Zeta Global. She has led the development of solutions for informing and measuring several aspects of marketing, including Customer Acquisition, CRM, Omni-channel Marketing and Customer Journey. Her analytical skill sets range from developing visualizations, to customer segmentation to building predictive models and democratizing data science techniques to solve day-to-day business problems. In addition, Savitha also focuses on providing data-driven recommendations for strategy, setting up experimental designs, conducting primary and secondary research, and developing learning plans to inform marketing and sales strategies. She brings a unique blend of business acumen and technical skill set to consult with clients on the best marketing practices and measurement. Savitha has a Ph.D. in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University, Atlanta's Robinson School of Business. Outside of work, she performs and teaches Indian Classical Music and spends time exploring trails with her family. About Christine Fletcher Chrissie is the Vice President of Development Statistics at GlaxoSmithKline.  She leads a group of statisticians supporting the development of new and approved medicines in immunology, hepatology/gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, neuroscience, HIV, global health and infectious disease areas.  Chrissie has worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for 30 years and has experience of developing and commercializing new medicines in a variety of clinical disease areas across all phases of clinical development.  She previously worked at Amgen in a variety of leadership roles and began her career working at SmithKline Beecham. Chrissie is actively engaged in statistical societies, pharmaceutical trade associations and initiatives relating to the Pharmaceutical Industry.  Chrissie is the Chair of PSI, a Council member of EFSPI, and a member of various European and International Special Interest Groups.  Chrissie is a member of the EFPIA Clinical Research Expert Group and is leading the Innovation in Clinical Trials sub team.  Chrissie is the lead EFPIA representative for the ICH E9(R1) Working Group, and she is co-leading an EFPIA/EFSPI estimand implementation working group. Chrissie is a Chartered Statistician of the Royal Statistical Society (RSS).  Chrissie has an MSc in Applied Statistics and a BSc (Hons) in Statistics with Management Science Techniques.
