#117 The entrepreneur revolution, serving through podcasting, and the most common mistakes business owners make, with Jamie Keeling (part 2).
In this episode I share a conversation I had for my previous podcast, about a year and a half ago. I spoke with Jamie Keeling, an exceptional individual and friend, on a variety of topics: from Stoic philosophy, to becoming a Tae Kwon Do world champion, to the entrepreneurial revolution. Jamie is a successful entrepreneur, a former Tae Kwon Do world champion, and the founder of "Bulletproof" app. He is business coaching consultant, the host of "Optimise me now" podcast, he has 7 children, and he likes kicking people in the face! This conversation is epic, and even more so because it's over 2 hours! This is the second half - the first part is on previous episode #116. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀: * Podcasting - learning, sharing, serving, legacy * The entrepreneurial revolution * Coaching vs Mentoring * Common mistakes businesses could easily avoid, both at start-up level and at 6-figure wanting to scale to 7 level. Education does not stop when you leave school." -Jamie Keeling 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁: I am Agi Keramidas, a knowledge broker and zealous podcaster. I am a firm believer in the power of self-education and personal development in radically improving one's life. #113 Only you can heal yourself, and the power of self-forgiveness for personal growth, with Gul Sonmez.
Gül Sönmez was raised in a conservative society in Turkey, where the only way for a woman to have a better life was by being successful. She got the career, the marriage, the promotions, the house, car -a seemingly idyllic life- and then she started to manifest injuries and pain on her body. That initiated a long healing journey, first with modern medicine, and then with self healing. She studied 3 religions, over 100 books on healing, tried numerous healing modalities, Reiki, Shamanic healing, breathwork, EFT. Since then, she had consecutive big shifts in her life, moving to Luxembourg, and having the realisation about the truth of what healing really is. That allowed her to uncover her own gifts as a healer, and last year she created a 6-figure healing business just through referrals. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:* What you seek is seeking you* How physical symptoms can be a reflection of an internal struggle* The power of self-compassion and self-forgiveness* Only you can heal yourself! #111 Solo episode: Morning routines and their role in daily personal development.
The subject of morning routines is something people often ask me about, and I know there are some misconceptions around it. In this episode I distil my knowledge, experience and understanding of morning routines, and what I personally do in the mornings and why. This is a very unique episode which initially I recorded exclusively for the supporters of the podcast - my subscription based patron community. But I decided to share it with all podcast listeners for 2 reasons: 1. I believe that if you win the morning, you win the day - and a solid morning routine is the cornerstone to win our day. Knowing the benefits myself, I feel it's my duty to share it with everyone - it's that important. 2. To give you the opportunity to see a sample of the content that my supporters community has exclusive access to and determine if it's something you'd like more of. Join Personal Development Mastery patrons community and you will gain access to exclusive content like this, "Ask Me Anything" episodes, and you can also participate in the monthly Supporters meet-up I organise via Zoom. #108 Calibrating our intuition, accepting responsibility for who we are, and the magic that happens with surrendering, with Paul Shepherd (part 2).
Paul Shepherd is a Sydney-based 7-figure entrepreneur and coach, who combines science and spirituality to “crack the code” of fulfillment. Throughout the years, he spent over $500k on personal development courses - he's attended the majority of the well-known seminars, listened to personal development legends, applied everything they said... And that made him millions with his businesses, but still something didn’t feel right, there was no fulfilment. His transformational journey led him to develop his unique Mastery system that helps leaders to live a life of purpose and meaning.
