We discuss Michael's coaching background and philosophy and then look at some of the specific aspects to consider and focus on when coaching this age group.Michael has over 15 years of experience working in football and education, coaching players from grassroots to academy level. As a coach, Michael has worked across the globe representing premier league clubs coaching a variety of age groups within both the male and female pathways. As a coach mentor with the English FA, Michael has supported grassroots coaches at all levels from youth to senior.
