In this episode I ask the question...who are you doing it for, really?

I discuss some of the positive things I've seen  over the past seven years of coaching, as well as the negative and ask why is this happening?

I look at the groups that impact on the whole training and playing environment and ask what type of coach are you?

Is your coaching `epicentre` positioned in one the three Me-ego or one of the three We-ego positions and how are you impacting positively on the coaching environment both within your own team and the sport more broadly?
