Overcoming False Evidence Appearing Real F.E.A.R

Here are 5 ways to overcome fear:: Embrace the Fear: Embracing fear means acknowledging it and understanding that it is a natural part of growth and exploration. Instead of resisting or avoiding it, accept your fear and use it as fuel to drive your actions. Cultivate Mindfulness: Mindfulness is the art of being present in the moment, without being judgmental or reactive. Developing a regular mindfulness practice can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and more easily manage fear when it arises. Visualize Success: Visualization is a powerful tool that can help you overcome fear by creating a positive mental image of your desired outcome. By visualizing success, you can reduce the impact of fear and increase your confidence to take action. Take Incremental Action: Taking small, incremental steps is a proven method for overcoming fear. By breaking your goals down into manageable tasks, you can gradually build confidence and momentum, and overcome fear in the process. Reframe Failure: Failure is a natural part of the learning process and can help you grow and develop. By reframing failure as an opportunity to learn and improve, you can reduce the impact of fear and take bold, decisive action towards your goals. Overall, remember that fear is a natural emotion that everyone experiences. By embracing it, being mindful, visualizing success, taking incremental action and reframing failure, you can overcome fear and achieve your goals. Who is Michael Gervais? Navigating the world of business, entrepreneurship, and self-development can be daunting. But in today’s rapidly changing economic landscape, it is essential to understand the mechanics and principles guiding success. Tim Ferriss is a prime example of an individual who rejected traditional wisdom and instead pursued his passions with deliberate intentionality – making him one of the foremost authorities on self-improvement strategies for young professionals around the world. In this post I’ll look at why he made an unconventional decision before embarking on his own journey into entrepreneurship – deciding to forego Stanford Business School in favor of crafting experiences that offered dividends uncompromised by risk or loss. Breaking conventional norms and charting your own course takes an immense amount of courage. Tim Ferriss, the author of the highly popular self-help book “The 4-Hour Work Week,” did just that when he decided to forgo attending one of the most prestigious business schools in the world, Stanford Business School, to start his own business. It was a decision that would change the course of his life and make him an icon in the entrepreneurship world. Ferriss’ story is a testament to the power of taking risks and trusting your instincts, even when it goes against established norms. His pioneering spirit has since inspired countless others to follow in his footsteps and break free from the shackles of conformity to pursue their dreams. ——————————————————— Follow me on Social Media Intagram Twitter YouTube FaceBook LinkedIn ———————————————————– Grab a Copy of My Books “The Stone Chiseler” “Push Play: Taking Your Life Off Pause” ——————————————————– Want to Improve always in ALL ways?  Please checkout The Vitruvian Lab, my personal training and coaching site for both live and on-line training for: Health and Longevity Mindset Optimization Behavioral Science Business Mentoring ——————————————————– Thank you for listening to The Jason Wright Show. Rylan and Abby Bust Their Dad's Chops On Some Of His Questionable Parenting Choices

Parenting is hard. We all have good days and bad days. We make some good decisions and bad decisions. It’s important to take time out of our busy day and reflect on what worked, what didn’t work and why. That’s why I love episodes like this one – it gives me the space and support to talk through my parenting struggles with others who know exactly what I’ve been through with a chuckle. Well, now they reveal they had some ‘issues’ with my choices in movies and songs I allowed them to consume vs. those I did not. This is a fun episode with my two young adult daughters. I love them dearly. I’m so enjoying watching them grow into the adults they are and having moments like this to laugh about the journey shared by parents and children. I hope you find this episode fun and maybe even give yourself some grace for some of the decisions you’ve made as a parent. Thanks girls. I love you so much. Hyperbolic Discounting: Don't Discount Your Future!-Building Your Ideal Future One Piece At a Time

We may gravitate towards short-term rewards, but this tendency (known as hyperbolic discounting) can adversely influence our ability to achieve long-term goals. Changing our mindset and viewing our future selves as part of our current self can help us to prioritize those long-term objectives. To make progress, we must actively choose the harder options that will bring about greater rewards in time. Small changes can make a big difference: saving money or taking a walk each day are simple steps that ultimately add up to a huge impact. Second Marriage-How to Hedge For Success!

Marriage is tough. Some say second marriages are even tougher. The statistics seem to bear this out? Second marriages are much more likely to end in divorce than first marriages. According to a report from the National Center for Health Statistics, 60% of second marriages end in divorce within 10 years compared to 40% of first marriages. Additionally, statistics show that one-third of all third marriages also end in divorce. According to Gary Chapman, the key to making second marriages work is open and honest communication between both partners. He emphasizes the importance of couples taking the time to talk about their feelings, expectations, and experiences from their previous relationships in order for them to understand each other better. Additionally, he suggests that couples also take the time to learn about each other’s love languages as this can help facilitate better communication and understanding between them. I hope you find this episode encouraging no matter where you are in the journey of marriage. Please checkout The Vitruvian Lab, my personal training and coaching site for both live and on-line training for: Health and Longevity Mindset Optimization Behavioral Science Business Mentoring ——————————————————–
