Tuesday’s Daily Puck Drop with Jason “Puck” Puckett, features Danny Kelly from The Ringer and Tim Booth of the Seattle Times.  Puck chats about Luis Castillo not being traded this offseason, the U.S. vs. Canada round two Thursday, the NFL draft and why no NBA expansion buzz with Seattle, plus, it’s a big day for the CEO of the Puckett family…his wife. (12:33) - Danny Kelly, The Ringer joins Puck to talk about his latest Mock Draft at The Ringer and who he has in his top ten and a surprise at number one. President’s Day Daily Puck Drop with Jason “Puck” Puckett and he’s joined by Jim Moore, the Go-2-Guy as they discuss Jim’s ongoing computer issues, the start of Mariners spring training, the excite of covering spring training and why when they worked at KJR they never got to go! Puck and Jim also chat about the changes to the Mariners broadcast team and Jim as a column coming out on Tuesday about Angie Mentink joining the broadcast.  Jim mocks the Huskies for not getting a full share of future TV revenue from the Big 10 and is taking delight in the struggles of the basketball team. They also discussed the Four nations tournament and the Canadian fans booing the National Anthem and the reaction from the U.S. players.  Puck and Jim disagree on how the U.S. players handled the opening minute of the game. They wrapped the show talking about the NBA All-Star game and the changes they made this year, did it work?Puck wraps up the show with, “Hey, What the Puck!?”  The NBA needs to stop overthinking the All-Star game festivities and just get back to the basics.
