The Yoga of Setting Boundaries - 3 Actionable Tips
I used to hear the word “boundary” and thought that it meant putting up an energetic brick wall. This was not fun (and not feasible). In today’s episode, I share practical tips about what I’ve learned on setting and holding boundaries with an open heart.
