How Much Protein Should You Eat to Add Muscle?

But recently, as longevity researchers have highlighted the importance of lean muscle as we age, protein has become more deserving of our attention. Matt Tullman has managed to gain more than 15 pounds of muscle in the past six months, primarily by eating more plant-based protein, and of course, shifting his energies from running to lifting weights.
