Open Letter To Competitive Coaches

One of the largest vulnerabilities of a CrossFit affiliate exists when a competitive/sports culture becomes toxic within the staff and/or membership.   The owners are left trying to encourage their members to pursue a better version of themselves, but a few of their coaching staff or members have decided to turn this commercial, group fitness business into their own athlete compound for their pursuit of sports greatness.   This podcast is to the coaches who are not helping the owners by pushing this competitive culture within the business.
