Shoot The Shit | Laurie Christine King
In the 11th episode of Shoot The Shit, my long-form conversations with awesome people in the fitness industry, I get to finally meet LCK - Laurie Christine King.
LCK and I became Instagram friends through our shared connections and I instantly developed an admiration for her work ethic, the ability to carve out a niche audience and develop a brand around it. LCK is the co-founder of Paragon Training Methods.
Paragon Training Methods is an online fitness company with thousands of clients across the world. Like any online fitness brand, their audience resonates with the creator's backstory and unique belief in fitness. PTM is no different.
LCK has undergone several ups and downs with her own body image, fitness, and health. When she decided to step away from the competitive CrossFit scene after another serious injury, she re-evaluted her belief in fitness, paired with co-founder Bryan Boorstien and they launched a brand that caters to women (and some men) who want to be "Strong and Well Fed".
Ladies and Gentlemen, Laurie Christine King.
