5 Steps for Getting Strength & Skills In Gymnastics Off Season

Today we have a quick, very high value, very actionable item podcast.   I have been very fortunate to travel and talk with many college coaches and elite coaches from around the world consulting about summer training and the year ahead.   Instead of waiting and making this into a long-form podcast with a very thought-out, step-by-step of precisely what you should do, I figured I would just do a quick 15-minute podcast to summarize exactly what I'm sharing with them.    After spending time with multiple different programs, looking at their strength program, drills, etc, I have put my advice into five easy bullet points.   If you're in gymnastics this is what should you be thinking about right now for the offseason if you want to be super successful. We appreciate you listening!
