In 2013, together with Ravi Joseph, Paul founded Mount Street, and has been Global Head of Financial & Business Services since inception prior to becoming CEO of Mount Street Group.In this episode, Paul shares how he began a career in banking, and how he established himself in some of the largest investment banks in the industry.
