Episode 82 - Sowgol Zarinchang, Managing Director of Way of Life

Sowgol Zarinchang is the Managing Director of Way of Life, a third-party management platform for the build-to-rent sector, part of the Long Harbour Group. Prior to joining Long Harbour, Sowgol was the Director of Serviced Apartments at JLL where she oversaw operational activities and advised both residential and serviced apartment operators. 

Sowgol shares her story with the golden thread of the importance of the customer journey. As well as her attitude to taking on new responsibilities and seizing opportunities that others would shy away from.
